If given a choice, I would not use them and without a choice, I am stuck with them. They could have a better customer service and better reliability.

You have to read everything before you sign up with them. The internet modem only allows four devices to be connected to it. It is wireless. But in a household with teenagers we have more than four, so we had to get a second router to accommodate those. And that was something that I thought we were going to be able to accommodate from their advertising, but it turned out not to be true.

I had to use this provider because they were the only choice. The service itself is pretty good. The technicians that have come to my house have been professional. Trying to contact this company by phone is a horrible experience. It takes me a day to work up the courage to call them because I know it will be a bad experience ninety percent of the time.

They went out of their way to do install a line that the previous owner's thought would be too costly and they did it for free. I received follow up calls and they had good communication. I'd recommend the package deal.

It was a long experience to get it done. There were problems with the installation and billing. The service is okay but I would have a tough time recommending them. Everything was resolved, but it took five or six times.

I have given up on Comcast. I am tired of having a relationship with this company that is on par with that of an abusive boyfriend. I will continue to do TV, because I really don;t care (and it is cheap), but I can't deal with the internet service anymore. It is constantly breaking down--I do not go through 2 weeks without having to reboot the entire system. I have repeatedly asked why and have never gotten a decent answer. Customer service is inept (at best) or downright ornery and abusive (at worst). I have had to go as long as two weeks without service--and though they did reimburse me for it eventually ,they did so under duress--it only happened after I called and emailed repeatedly. Now, for the first time, I was behind in payment (by a week and a half) and they turned me off. I told them not to bother turning it back on. I will figure something else out. Don't know what yet, but frankly tow tin cups and a length of string would work better. I'll keep them for TV. It's $10 a month, and they haven't completely screwed that up (yet).

It's been good overall. We've only had one problem with the HD channels tilling out recently. We've had a couple Comcast service calls. Even at 7 am on Sunday morning, very helpful to not have to take off work. Overall we're really pleased. I highly recommend them. We pay approximately 100.00 monthly. Mainly because HBO is 17.00 a month, but it's cheaper than two movie tickets.
