Colonial Lock Service

I am unable to rate their quality of work, as we did not have anything done. My husband had called the company to get a quote to come out and rekey a vehicle. He did not set up an appointment. The gentleman showed up and insisted that he was here for a scheduled appointment. I called my husband and had him on the phone explaining to the man that he never scheduled for him to come out, he was only getting prices and that company had a higher price so he decided not to call them back and schedule. The man insisted and began to get threatening with me. I had to close the door on him as he was screaming at me. I told him he needed to leave or I was calling police. Beware, this man was not pleasant to deal with and the company gets your address even if you are just asking for a price (so they can quote according to how far away you are). He was nasty.

Technician arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had to totally replace a broken lock and he rekeyed the other locks. He patiently took time to show me how one of the more complicated locks worked. Additionally, he helped to recode the automatic garage door opener and associated remotes. I was very impressed with the technician's ability, especially since he told me that he had only been working for the company a few months! You never would have known it! Highly recommend this company!

Called Colonial and said they could change locks the same day. It really took the stress out of moving into a new home.

I contacted Colonial on 10/10/13 and the next morning Steve called and came right away in the heavy downpours.  Steve provided Superior service and identified our needs immediately to secure our front door especially with having two small kids. 
Steve is great example of professional and courtesy service and represents Colonial Locksmith very well.  Colonial Locksmith should be very proud having someone like Steve represent their company in the community. 
I would highly recommend anyone in the area that needs a locksmith that will do the job fast and right the first time with a backed guarantee, you can't go wrong.
