I contracted with Chris after listing a real estate lot I had on Craigslist, while trying to sell it myself. The weekend after I listed it, I saw a little black and red Smart Car with Chris's Name and business info on it ride up and down the roads that border the lot. I quickly jotted down the info because I thought that any realtor that had that much drive, and interest would be a great person to work with, and boy was I right. In this area lots are plentiful, and the market for them is virtually nil. Some lots have been on sale for over a decade with absolutely no interest in them. I called and met with Chris, explained my situation, and he told me realistically what I could expect. I felt confident that he was the best person for the job and signed with him. From that day forward, he did everything humanly possible to sell my lot. I think that if he felt that dressing up in a chicken suit and standing on the corner would help, he would have. Over the course of the contract he consistently went above and beyond, and was just a genuinely decent human being. This is the ONLY person I will EVER trust with any type of real estate transaction ever again. I had dealings with several over the last decade that had given me a pretty low opinion of realtors, but Chris changed that. The lot sold in record time for this area. Cull Group is the only way to go.
