They took 6 months to start - which ended up that they didn't do work in the summer, even though we signed the contract in the spring - they did it in the winter, after several winter storms, and the supplies were scattered all over the lawn.  They poured the concrete slab on New Years' day and it was an inch higher than my floor in the house.  I had to hire another contractor to come up with a solution to fix a step up into the sunroom.  After an entire year, of this company not providing the workers required, and dramatically failing the Rockville Permit Inspection, and bring in the Permit office, and Home improvement commission and Angies list, and telling us the rest of the work would be done under the warranty (10years), we agreed that we would sign off that the project was complete.  Then, they never honored the warranty.  Never heard from them again... were told that they had gone out of business...
