Chris Hardsock

Chris was fabulous throughout the entire process. She customized MLS searches for us and tweaked them when we could narrow down the criteria. When we went looking at houses, she was there pointing out little details like water stains in the basement that we might have missed. She taught us about well and septic which we knew nothing about. She always kept not only us informed, but our lender, closer, and the sellers agent as well. She was patient throughout the process and did not push us to make any decisions in haste -- we took 4 hours to read and sign the first set of contracts. At inspection time, she provided a list of vendors, and encouraged us to look them up on Angie's List. We needed to get some additional estimates and she scheduled vendors and met them at the house. She worked with our vacation schedule and hectic work schedules -- I can't say enough about the quality of service she provides.
