One time they made a mistake, but they took full responsibility. They repair the leak for free. Later on the transmission caused us trouble; they thought it might be their mistake. So they replaced transmission for free

"Customer had a seal leak that we installed. They called us when they noticed it and agreed to let AAA tow it to us but instead drove it 50 miles to us. The lack of fluid from the leaking seal burned up transmission. We installed new transmissionat no charge to customer."
