Damien and his crew have been performing our openings and closings for several years.  Damien has replaced an old propane system with a new gas heater, patched some plaster and made various other repairs.  They are prompt and courteous.  I would recommend them to anyone with a pool.

Damien and his crew are amazing. There is a reason they are so popular. My husband and I had had a horrible experience with a pool service in our area and Damien literally came in and saved the day. He took the time to explain how/ why things work on our pool and then gave us step-by-step instructions as to keep our pool healthy. He showed us how to shock our own pool, clean it, check the filter, check our polaris...everything. He even texted us after to check in and see how everything was going. If you own a pool and truly want someone to take the time to tell you why something may or may not be happening, APEX is your company. We could not be happier.

I originally requested a quote from Damien and sent him a picture of my current setup. He was very fast to respond, explained several options to me over the phone and gave me an immediate quote. I waited for several quotes from other companies which all came in much higher. We scheduled the work several weeks out since he had to order the new filter and have it shipped.
He showed up on the scheduled work day a little late but called ahead to let me know and got to work right away. He did a great job removing the old filter, installing the new one, and replacing the old above ground plumbing setup. He then walked me through how to care for my new filter and winterize it. He also gave me his card and told me I could call him 24/7 if any issues came up.

The superb service from Apex leaves us with absolutely no worries all season long. We know for a fact that they will show up on the appointed day of the week, do everything that is needed, and do it perfectly. In addition, we know that if Damien sees anything that needs extra attention or a decision from us, he will call promptly and let us know.

Damien has always been extremely conscientious -- if some treatment or repair is going on, he or one of his crew will make an additional visit during the week to check on progress. And once, some of the tiny tile pieces beneath the cove had come loose, and I came home from work to find him carefully mortaring each one back into place.

When the need arises, Damien will always go above and beyond for his customers, making sure that they are completely satisfied.

My last experience with them was excellent. They really know what they are doing. They are punctual, very friendly and honest. They have been fantastic. I am not sure about the price for the last service since I pay for the whole season at once. If there are any extra chemicals or anything that they haven't billed for, then they submit a final bill. I don't have a lot to compare their price to, but they are comparable.
