Budget Blinds Serving Westminster and Owings Mills

I've had Eric out twice to do the blinds in my new home.  I have 40 windows (mostly single, three double and two bay) and a few French doors.  It was very expensive, but well worth it.  I chose the vertical blinds because dust doesn't settle on them like it does on horizontal blinds, although the verticals are more experience.  Eric is always on time, he's very friendly, and he's pretty quick at it.  The prices are comparable.  There are lots of different styles for blinds and he brings a book full of samples.  He also does drapes.

The sales person was on time and covered his shoes to protect my rugs and floors. The product selection was incredible. We got window film, blinds, roman shades and draperies taken care of by Budget Blinds. They were friendly, professional and had good recommendations for our rooms.

The company was punctual and professional. I liked them because they were not pushy and were honest in presenting their products. For example, they did not just push the high end products. I also, liked how theis is their franchise and Eric was the one who came by for the initial sales call and Eric was the one who installed the blinds. They do not subcontract. Coming home it was great to see the lovely new blinds! Worth every penny!!

The owner arrived on time to do the measurements and was very careful about my property in the room. I agreed to contact him before the rebate date. Most of the communication was via email except to get the credit card information. The installer arrived on time and it took about 2 hrs to install the shades. He requested my preferences regarding certain aspects of the installation. Both he and the owner took off their shoes when doing the work. The installer took away all of the packing although I offered to put it out with my recycling. He did not have the rebate form and I followed up the next day and it was sent for me to download. All other paperwork was provided by the installer including warranty and care information. The download was timely because the form had to be postmarked by 1/15/2011. I was able to submit this and get a rebate which will reduce the cost of the shades.
