The beauty of the store is that they double the warranty, which is unheard of and the Samsung sells for the same price everywhere. The first one, a 55 inch was about $1500. They come to the house, set it up and do everything. The next day, I was having problems with it. The power wasn't coming on. One of the guys, Alan, from the store came and he said, "The heck with this," and he just got me a brand new one. So the next day, they brought me a brand new one. Then, I wrote a letter liking them and praising them and the manager of the whole deal called me and thanked me. I said, "Well, I'm not sure if 55 inch is big enough for this room." I have a very long narrow room. I said, "Could I trade it in as is?" Without any repercussions with price, if I was able to get a 65. He said, "Yeah. You have like 10 or 15 days." I went way over 10 or 15 days. I called them yesterday and they said, "We don't normally do this. But, for you, we'll do it," and they traded it in. They took the other one and brought me a 65 inch today. I would definitely recommend Alan.
