It very well. Roof was completely replaced and painting matched perfectly. Unfortunately they had to reinstall the interior roof lining. They used a new thinner glue that leaked a little leaving a few small spots on front seat covers. They immediately informed me of the spots and talked about replacing the covers. Once covers came in they contacted me and were installed at no charge. I was very plessed with their friendliness, honesty and professionalism. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others

After my car was damaged by a hit-and-run driver, I contacted my insurance company to file a claim, and also asked for advice on where to have the repairs done. The claims representative listed a number of shops in my area, including Beck's Body Shop, that the company considered and quot;preferredand quot; shops. After checking Angieslist and asking the advice of my regular mechanic, I decided to take my car to Beck's.

I called Beck's on a Thursday afternoon and arranged to drop the car off with them the next day. When I did that, I spoke to Kenny Beck, who inspected the damage and explained how he would work with the insurer to have the repair authorized. He also confirmed that my only out of pocket expense would be the $250 deductible, which is required by my insurance policy. He said the work would be completed by the following Wednesday.

On Wednesday, I called Beck's and learned that the work would actually be completed a few hours ahead of schedule. When I went in to pick up the car, the damage (paint scrapes on the driver's side and a broken outside mirror) had been completely repaired. The repair work was so well done that there was no sign that the car had ever been damaged. Kenny had washed the car and had taken care of the necessary paper work with the insurer. Kenny also gave me a written warranty for the repairs. As expected, my only expense was $250 for the deductible amount.

Overall, I am happy with this company's work.. They were pleasant to deal with, did the repairs well and on time, and in general did everything they said they would.

I received the BB shot dent while shopping at Kennie's food store in Littlestown, Pa, on 21 February 2013. Lee Weller's Auto Repair recommended Beck's Body Shop , so, I immediately went to Beck's for an estimate, which was very reasonable, made an appointment for repair, 18 March 2013, dropped car off at approx. 0930 and the car was repaired by 1530, 19 March 2013, picked car up early 20 March 2013.
