Hunter was our technician and he was great. He showed up on time and took pictures of everything before and after the work was completed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely nice. We were extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend AROCON to anyone.

Jason repaired missing shingles on my roof and even helped me get the extra shingles needed from beneath tools in my shed. He looked at areas that I was especially concerned about due to evidence of leaking. He made recommendations that were reasonable and made sense. He didn't seem to mind the rainy and chilly weather. Jason patiently answered my many questions. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. I would recommend Jason's services. In fact, I already asked him if he would give my son an estimate since he needs a new roof.

Great! He resealed the external 'pipes' (metal and PVC) that protruded from the roof. One had a broken seal and was leaning into the house, he fixed that too! Saw that there was wood rot by one of my upper gutters. Going to have them give me an estimate to get a replacement roof. Will Morre did a great job with the roof. Thank you Will, very thorough and professional!

The inspection went well. Since nothing was found to be wrong with the roof the inspector suggested I have him back when it's raining to see if that helps. I appreciated the offer.

I had a 2:00 till 5:00 appointment time. Technician, Will, called and asked if he could come early. This was fine with me. Will arrived and asked what issues I was having with the roof. I told him my main concern was with a leak I had with the chimney and also wanted to know the general condition of the roof. He went to work . After a while, he knocked on the door and said he had found the chimney leak and fixed it and also installed and sealed one gasket. He also reported on the condition of the shingles. He showed me pics of the roof condition and of the work he had done. The shingles were old and in poor condition and Will recommended new roofing. He thoroughly explained what he had done, what he had found, and helped me set up a time for Arocon to give me an estimate on a new roof. I received a written report of the work done and copies of the pics he had taken on my computer. I'll update this review when I get the roof estimate. Good job, Will.

Jason Easton came out to do a roof and gutter tune up for a special I purchased for my daughter's house (Sheila Jordan), from dealing with the people in the office to Jason Easton, everyone was easy to deal with. They called back in a reasonable amount of time, called the day before to confirm appointment and even called to see if could fit me in sooner when they had cancellations. Jason was easy to deal with and had a very willing attitude. He went over everything after the roof inspection, showed me pictures of the roof and answered any questions I asked, he took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. I would use this company again and would ask for Jason.

The roof and gutter inspections were outstanding. Will went on the roof did his job and answered every question. The problem was in getting the inspection date. I purchased this deal on 07/02/15. At that time, I was sent an email from Linda that they were not scheduling these inspections until five weeks from now. That was "OK" with me and at that time, I emailed three dates - August 3,4, and 5. On July 23, I emailed to find out my service date. Linda"s return message was that I was not on the schedule. I sent her an email that I selected three dates five weeks ago. It did'n matter. I was given a service date for 09/02/15. This is the reason for the "C" in responsiveness. If it wasn't for this, I would have given this company an "A" here. Again, this company did an outstanding job with the inspection, but they should have made an adjustment in their schedule for me. After writing all of this, I would still recommend this company because of the quality of their work.

Do to the weather my initial appoint had to be rescheduled. The company informed me ahead of time that based on the weather report they may not be able to perform the tune-up, this was the case and they called and setup another day. Technician arrived on time explained what would be done. He noticed the missing shingled right away and asked if I had any spare, I said no, he said that was no problem he just liked to ask just to put the original back in place but that he had ones that would match. I didn't take long at all and when he was done he explained to my husband all he saw, what he did and recommendations.

Jason came to my place on time and performed the tune up. He also took the pictures as he always did for other customers. He found a few places (that was not picked up my the gutter cleaning people, who claimed to check my roof) and fixed them all. He also patiently explained things to me clearly. The men were knowledgeable and courteous. They did a very good job. The all in one piece 6 in gutter looks nice across the front of my house. The clean up of old guttering was thorough.

I wanted to check to see if there were any roof problems so I bought the Angie's List deal for a $99 roof tuneup. It took them about 2 months to get to the job. When they did, the caulked around the vent pipes and took some pictures of the roof. They then contacted me and said I should replace the roof shingles. I asked how much they would charge to replace the roof. They said they wouldn't give me a quote unless I met with them at the house. This is a rental property and I live out of state. Despite that, they wouldn't give me a price. I have always found people who won't give you a price after seeing the property unless you sit down with them are high-pressure and high-priced.

Very prompt, professional (came in company truck with company shirt on), respectful of my property and time. Explained everything, made sense and seemed honest. He did have to defer the details (including cost) of the options to repair my roof to an appraiser - so I have to make another appointment. Luckily, it could be scheduled at 5pm, so I do not have to take more time off.

I located Arocon roofing on Angies List. They had excellent reviews, and I decided to go with a $99 roof tune up. A roof tune up includes replacing shingles, re-caulking, and a full roof/attic inspection. I called Arocon and spoke with both Nancy and Linda. Both were professional and helpful with scheduling my appointment. Hunter arrived at our home early and ready to go. He replaced our missing shingle tabs, inspected our roof and took pictures of everything. Hunter/Arocon were the first roofing contractors to take photos of our roof. Having pictures of your roof/roof repairs is the way to go. This way you can see any problems when they are described to you. Hunter replaced shingle tabs, re-caulked everything, checked our porch roof, and went into our attic to inspect insulation, etc. At the end of my appointment, Hunter provided me with a detailed roof inspection report, and we had a great conversation about roof/gutter options for our home. I cannot speak more highly of Hunter and Arocon. Hunter is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Arocon?s prices are very competitive, and in my opinion, have a leg-up on their competition by offering a roof inspection for $99, rather than simply charging a client a flat fee for just replacing shingles. We will definitely consider Arocon for our future roofing needs.

We bought the $99 roof tuneup, mainly because we have been experiencing a leak which the builder had been unable to correct Jason arrived as scheduled and spent time with me listening to the history of our roof problem. He went up in the attic (on a very hot day) and inspected the area of our leak. He told us what he found in the attic and showed cell phone photos of the inside roof condition. He then proceeded to the roof to perform the full roof inspection and minor repair and sealing work. When finished he showed pictures of problem areas on the roof, and areas where he made repairs. We are hopeful that the leak problem he found and repaired (unsealed boot jack holes) will solve our leak problem. Jason spent a good amount of time explaining the analysis of our roof system and answering our questions about the roof and gutters, and what next steps would be required if the leak continues to be a problem. (Wouldn't you know it - since the repair we haven't had a significant rainfall!). Overall we were very pleased with the experience and with our interactions with Jason.

Associate showed up ahead of time and was courteous and quick but thorough. Very professional.

The Coordination did not go well. I bought the special deal package for a roof tune-up. I filled in 3 dates which would work for me. I waited 3 days and no call. When I called them, they said that they had sent me a message through the Angie's List message system but that Angie's List doesn't give them my name nor phone number. Waiting for messages is a poor system of trying to schedule any service. I can't fault the contractor for an Angie's List design problem. But when i asked what happened to the 3 days I said would work for me, the contractor said that it doesn't mean anything to them because it doesn't match up to their schedule. Well why in the world should I take my time to pick dates and times if it means nothing to the contractor.... uhhhh another Angie's List system design problem. Then when I asked to schedule the service, the contractor suggested the first date available was 40 days in the future. What the heck? I have a roof problem and it needs a tune-up, I can't wait 40 days into the future. It needs to get done in the next 10 days at the most. So I cancel my order only to find that I have to go back through Angie's List to get my refund of the deal I had to pay for up front that I don't find out until I can finally coordinate with the contractor that they can't do it when I need it done. Now i go back to Angie's List and they tell me I have to wait up to 10 business days to get my money back. Another "What the Heck?"

Jason called to let me know that he could arrive early. After he introduced himself, he proceeded to inspect the roof. He also inspected the gutters. I was very pleasantly surprised when he used a blower to clear the roof and gutters of considerable debris from the large trees that surround the sides and rear of my end unit townhome. Because the house faces northwest, it receives shade for most of the day. He also removed patches of moss that had formed as a result. Finally, he cleaned all of my walkways of debris that were a result of his work and that had accumulated from some recent rain storms. He was very personable and he seemed to be very professionally competent in the manner in which he reviewed his very detailed report with me. I appreciated the descriptions of the various components that comprise a roofing system most of which were unknown to me until recently. The drawings and the rating system used in his report format in addition to his plain spoken comments enabled me to feel very comfortable with the discussions that we had. I must admit that while I'm a retired IT professional, I've never been very "handy" with tools and basic repairs. I really appreciated the "before and after" pictures that he provided as aids in the description of his completed maintenance items as well as to bring certain areas of concern to my attention. He also invited me to accompany him for some on site observations and made explanations about certain problem areas that resulted from some options that were not included in the original roof design and construction. The lack of a venting system which would provide adequate air flow was described in a way that made a lot of sense to me. Of my more immediate concern was damage caused by squirrels to the fascia and soffit (both of which are terms that I've only recently learned). He suggested that I could arrange for a consultant to review the damage and make an estimate for the necessary repairs that would be required. In addition, he could make a separate estimate for the roof replacement that was based on the rating system used in the final report. I had already anticipated that before I selected the service offer. Although I understood that it would be less expensive to have everything included in one job, I did appreciate the flexibility that I was afforded. Before he left, he allowed for me to talk to the main office and arrange for a consultant's appointment within two days. He also sent all of the pictures (24) associated with his maintenance as well as the one of his completed report directly from his IPhone to my laptop via Dropbox. (I was impressed by his use of the technology). That would insure that all concerned had the same records to review during any future discussions. My total experience not only gave me a great appreciation for Jason as a professional but for the company that he represented. Jason was very professional and honest in his assessment of our roof and gutter system. He provided detailed information on what he did, including many pictures he took on his phone. Very pleased with this service and Jason's professionalism. Would definitely consider using this company in the future and recommending to others.

Jason was great. Personable and professional, answered all our questions, took all the time we needed to discuss details. He found problems that he thought would need further attention, but did not try to sell us on solutions. We bought the $99 roof inspection. The company performs a 21-point inspection that rates the attic, roof, and gutters either 1-4 points (replace), 5-7 points (repair), or 8-10 points (maintain). After the inspection, Jason sat down with us and went over the report detail by detail. He showed us before-and-after photos of what he'd repaired, and also pictures of areas he thought might cause problems in the future. It was incredibly helpful to have the photos right before us as we discussed Jason's observations. There was an area that he could not repair on this visit, and the photos and his explanation of the problem couldn't have been clearer. We're not sure how old our roof actually is, but we've been in the house for 10 years, so we weren't surprised that there were problems beyond the one small leak we recently noticed. Jason's report showed that our attic and gutters were in the 8-10 range, but the roof's underlay and shingles scored just under 5. We decided to go for an estimate on replacing the roof. Jason made the arrangements with the office right then. I was impressed that, even though it was about 5:30 PM at that point, the office staff was still available to handle the details. No waiting to have someone call us back to schedule the service. And since we're on a fixed income, Jason made sure to leave instructions for the inspector that we will need information about financing, which will save a lot of time if we decided to proceed with the replacement. At the end of the visit, Jason e-mailed us all the photos and a shot of the inspection report in case we lose the hard copy he gave us. Based on this visit, we are very happy with the service provided by Arocon. The company seems to place a premium on efficiency, a concept I wish more vendors understood.

Hunter Riley was awesome. Showed up early, and offered to complete paperwork if I wasn't ready for him to begin work. Listened to my concerns, did work, took shoes off before inspecting my attic, explained everything he did while showing before and after pictures. Gave me an overview of my roof condition, which thankfully has a few more good years.

This was only a general 'look over' and inspection of my roof, and included replacing up to 5/ shingles. I was very happy with AROCON's services, and extremely impressed with the tech, Hunter Riley. Hunter grew up in the business, and really knows his stuff! He inspected the roof and gutters, and took pictures to show me where previous repairs had been done, and showed me the improper procedures used by another company. Hunter was totally up to date on codes and standards, and was able to approximate the age of my roof by knowing what the specs were when it was installed. I was appreciative of his honesty and upfront assessments, and he was not trying to scare me into any unnecessary repairs as some roofing companies have been known to do. (He is also one of just a few certified hail damage inspectors, and was also very knowledgeable how insurance companies operate!) I will certainly use AROCON in the future, and will specifically ask for Hunter in the future when I have any questions about our roof!

Work was done well, at least as I could see from the ground. Did not use the call to make a sales pitch, which was appreciated.

Went very well - call was made to coordinate a date/time for the services to provided and was professional. The worker arrived and provided the services as discussed. When his work was through and complete, he left his work site in a clean fashion.
