Cleaned gutters/downspouts and reported on condition of roof, etc. Cleared all the debris in a proper way. Provider was very polite and professional.

I had several contractors visit the house and give me an estimate on a small area that was pitched with shingles. AROCON was the last person I called and after their visit it was obvious that many of the contractors were overpricing the work. They were professional the whole time. An appointment was set and the person was running a few minutes late. I received a phone call from the AROCON representative telling me that he was running a little late and when he would actually get there (many of the contractors would show up hours late with no phone call or no-show). The phone call was appreciated. After he inspected the area he was able to price the job and print out a quote from his car so I had the pricing immediately (I had to contact other contractors frequently to remind them and it would sometimes take weeks to get a quote). The work was handled quickly and efficiently. Other contractors estimated the job would take 4-5 days and AROCON finished it in 2. They were able to explain to me why my roof had been leaking and why the job was previously done incorrectly. AROCON's work was guaranteed, which includes interior repair if a leak causes damages. I couldn't be happier with my AROCON experience.

Hunter Riley provided the service and did an excellent job. He walked both rooves on my house and checked shingles, vents, flashing, and fascia boards. He recaulked and repaired where necessary, and removed debris from the roof. After he was done with the service, he showed me pictures of what he observed and explained the condition of my roof. A 21-point inspection report was provided at the end of the service.

The service was nice enough and the repair man who came to the house was very knowledgable. He explained everything in detailed and took photos of everything. His name was Will Moore and I highly recommend him. The reason I would not use this service again is it was very inconvenient and difficult to schedule. I bought a coupon through Angie's List and had to contact the service 3 times before an appointment was made. Then the appointment times were 3 weeks out and at strange times of the day.

The worst part was dealing with my insurance provider State Farm. Both sides of that kept telling me the resolution was waiting on the other guy. I do not trust State Farm(SF), so I do not believe AROCON was the problem. I waited until I had a check from SF before I scheduled the work. I ended up waiting 2 months for state farm. Then the order for the bricks took another month or more. The lightening strike was June 26. the work just finished up. I guess I should have ordered the work done before I got the check. AROCON perfectly matched my existing shingles. The roof looks great. They were helpful right after the strike. Most places I called said we can not help for at least 2 weeks. AROCON sent someone out that day to put a tarp on the chimney to stop the water that was dripping into my house. The estimate was done at a later date. That was fine. I am to old to get on the roof to tarp the chimney. This may be a problem that you could address in a magazine article. What to do when lightening strikes. I have been overwhelmed finding a contractor for 5 different problems that resulted from the strike. Angie's list has been a great help on that end. I would have expected more guidance from State Farm in how to go about figuring out what needs to be done.

Will Moore arrived promptly at 10 AM as promised. He examined the roof & took pictures. He also did some patch work. He showed me the pictures & explained that I needed a new roof. He made arrangements for another rep to visit this week to explain replacement options. Mr Moore was professional & helpful. I don't know what you mean by provider. I take that to mean owner. Work was done by an employee of AROCON. I did not comment on price because I do not know what this is going to cost me. Will Moore of AROCON was here as a result of an ANGIE'S BIG DEAL. I do not remember what that cost.

Will Moore was excellent in his description of the condition of the roof and the repairs he did. He gave a full explanation of how the celining in the bedrooms are leaking, and his explanation made sense. I was impressed with him and decided to include this company in my search to purchase an entire roof.

Jason arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional. He took a lot of pictures and explained all of my roof's issues thoroughly and how he was able fix some problems.

I ordered the roof tune-up and inspection. Jason showed up within the scheduled time and inspected the roof thoroughly. He caulked and resealed what he could and took his time reviewing the condition of my roof with pictures and detailed explanations. I was pleased with the service and would utilize this company again.

Arocon did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy, Linda also called and reminded me a day before as promised. Riley Hunter was my technician. Did spent about 2 hours on my roof sealing and replacing various items and cleaning gutters. He then provided me with a written report and explanation. He also shared pictures he took via Dropbox. Will use again.

Jason arrived promptly at 10AM and went upstairs and took a few photos of the ceiling where the leak had come in. I also asked if he could check out our garage roof and small breezeway and he was very accommodating. He got out his ladder and was on the roof for almost an hour. He came back in and gave a breakdown on what was done and also showed pics of various potential problems. He resealed the chimney and lots of low nails which he explained what they were and how they could create problems on the roof. He also caulked in several spots and suggested I paint my ceiling where I have some staining, If we get anymore rain it will be easier to see if the problem still exists. If leaking continues Jason suggested replacing part of the roof with a snow and ice barrier and a different type of shingle. Hopefully since I have a fairly new roof (5 yrs) this won't be necessary. I also have flat dormers and when it rains sheets of water pour down in front of the window. Jason suggested a gutter system which will be much cheaper than adding peaked dormers. i have an appt in early November and hoping the gutter system will work. I would highly recommend Arocon and suggest people take advantage of a roof tuneup for $99 to head off potential roof problems.

I had a little trouble getting the appointment scheduled initially, but the inspection was great. My technician, Will Moore, got in touch early in the day to check about my availability. He arrived at the time we agreed on. Service was friendly, professional, thorough and efficient.

Excellent job! The Arocon Technician, Will Moore, was on time, professional and thorough. He took pictures to show us the issues in our roof as well as walked us through what he did to repair the issues.

It was okay. I had to go up and check and fix flushing in the back of the house. I thought he was going to do everything and with that heavy rain I had two spots that were leaking. But he was a good guy.

WOW - I'm very impressed with the level of detail that Arocon's inspector, Jason Easton, brought to this inspection: After he fixed the problems I knew about, he proceeded with his detailed inspection, and found several other issues that he also fixed. Background info: I had a new roof installed by Home Depot 3 years ago. There were several problems with the installation that Home Depot never successfully addressed. This Roof Inspection by Arocon addressed all the outstanding issues. Arocon's Inspection & Check-Up is an amazing bargain! OK - In hindsight, I should have called Arocon in the first place!

We had our gutters cleaned. Jason was professional and explained every detail of the work done. Jason showed the work that was done with before and after pictures. He gave me information on what could be done in the future.

The gutter cleaning was done perfectly and the report is really detail. He check the all detail condition for gutter , roof and any gutter related part. It was really assured to know the gutter condition and he is very informative and professional.

My experience with them went okay. The first time they showed up, he wasn't prepared to do the work; there was an extra item I needed done (small flashing install) on my 3 y/o roof which was addional to the coupon purchased. I had spoken with the service manager prior to the appointment about this, so they were aware of it, nonetheless the first appt. was a wash. I was OK with that, given the extra service so we rescheduled. He came and did the work the following week, and to their credit they did not charge me for the additional piece of flashing that needed to be installed. (note this is a 3 y/o roof, so the amount of work that it needed was minimal). When the work was complete, I asked him for a follow up receipt, including a detail of all the services provided (this was needed for the closing on the sale of our home), he said he would get that to me later, including pictures that he had taken. I waited several days and still had no receipt. So I called them on three separate occasions to request the receipt, and as of the writing of this review, I still haven't gotten anything from them, even though they assured me they would get me something. Their follow up was not good. Update: The receipt was finally recieved nearly a month after the service provided and the service manager was very apologetic. It was appreicated that she did fiinally come through, though not very timely. None of this was "mission-critical" for the actual work that was done but the lack of follow-up soured the experience overall.

I purchase a house (townhome) recently with roof in unknown condition. I wanted to make sure that I go into the winter with proper roof over my head. So I hunted for a good deal and found it on angies list from AROCON company. The guy who covers Frederick area for them is Hunter. His visit turned out to be a great experience. Not only he did professional job on the roof, by checking/fixing all things that roofer suppose to check, he honestly explained everything without any upsell attempts as it unfortunatly usually happens with many other low cost providers. I will definitly stick with this guy/company if any future roofing needs arise. (P.S: Even though there were no urgency in this visit, appointment setup from this company was really quick, basically next day)

They found that my builder had improperly installed flashing that allowed water underneath the shingles. There was a large hole in the plywood on my 7 year old roof. I was able to contact builder and because of their detailed report with photos, got the builder to repair the roof. Arocon also sealed spots leaking water at the joints of gutters

Jason was great! He did exactly what was to have been done and and went the extra mile to assure that. I will be using them again.

Loved the service. First time ever that I was not asked to pay extra money out of pocket for fixing the issues. There were about 2-3 shingles missing, loose nails, and dry caulking and they fixed it all under the Angie's List deal. I am so used to buying a deal and then paying out of pocket for fixing the problems at a much higher cost. This company covered it all within the deal. I am impressed with their integrity. They did not try to charge me extra even once. I personally would definitely use them again. They are my first choice right now for roofing issues.

Ian did a great job. He reattached a downspout and removed a piece of soffit. Will be using Arocon next year.

They were great. The technician was very personable and gave very reasonable suggestions for future maintenance. HAVE TRIED TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH IAN THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE...VERY GOOD GUY...BUT NOW HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES OVER 1 MONTH PERIOD AND SPOKEN WITH LINDA AND OTHERS AND CANNOT GET RETURN CALL ABOUT WORK HE RECOMMENDED.
