The technician who was assigned to the job was Hunter Riley from Arocon. Hunter came exactly as scheduled, and worked diligently on the roof and gutters. He showed me pictures of what was done so I didn't have to rely on just what I could see from street level. He answered my questions and was responsive to my concerns. He was observant and noted the condition of my gutter guards, which I knew needed to be repaired or replaced. He showed me the type of gutter guard his company offers and said his company can give me a free estimate. I appreciate that he was not pushy about it. This is the first time we used Arocon's services, but it won't the last.

Jason performed the service promptly and professionally. He kept me in the loop as he was performing the tune-up. He provided a detailed report at the end of the appointment and went over every aspect with me. He recommended possible next steps to remedy the issues that he found. He mentioned that Arocon does free estimates, so we will be calling them again when we need to get an estimate for the needed repairs.

Everything went very smoothly. We had gutter guards installed on our home. The gentleman that came over to quote us was prompt and very professional. He showed us a sample of the Rhinoguards gutters. We then provided a deposit and the company scheduled a time to come out. Installation was quick and the workmen were good. The only reason I'm giving the quality a B grade is that we can't see the gutters installed (due to the height) and don't know the long term durability of the gutters. From the limited window view what we see, everything looks fine. I would definitely work with this company again.

I had to contact Arocon twice to ask for the work proposal when I didn't receive it. When it finally arrived today, the proposal was only for the replacement of one skylight and nothing else. Is is obvious that the cost estimator is either disinterested in the job or he lost his notes. In either case, it does not speak well of this company. I would not consider it nor recommend it for any roofing work.

Hunter did a great job. After cleaning my gutters, he blew the leaves off the patio that had accumulated from the cleaning. He thoroughly checked my roof and provided me photos and a detailed description of the condition of my roof. I was very satisfied with his work and wouldn't hesitate to use Aracon again.

Jason's punctuality was appreciated. He took the time to explain his findings after inspecting the roof and provided pictures.

The actual roof was done very well and properly, but what they left behind and damaged is what bothered me. They damaged one of our azalea bush, left a can of nails behind. and damaged our trim with what appears to be the ladders the provider used. Part of the contract was that they would send someone out to check the job over once completed, but to my knowledge no one has provided this follow up. I have called them numerous times and can't seem to get anything from them in regards to following up on the work, the follow up was non-existent and the customer service since to try and resolve this has also been non-existent.

It was mixed. First one guy came out and looked at my roof and because there had been a lot of rain lately he said he couldn't do anything. He spent over an hour at my house, mostly talking about his mother. I don't know whether it was him or the next guy that came out like a month later or something and they did go up in my attic and take a look around and he said I need to have the vent made bigger in the roof and I needed to have somebody come in like Lin the Plumber. There was a fan up there but the cord was cut and so it wasn't plugged in and it wasn't working. So then no work had been done and I called the company back again and I said, when is somebody going to come out, the deal was like $99 for like your gutter cleaning or something. So it took about another month to get somebody else to come out and he did a good job on the gutters. He definitely did a good job on the gutters but they only cleaned the top of the gutter, like there is some wire mesh over my gutters so he didn't actually go into any gutter so I didn't know what to make of that but he did clean the gutters and he gave me some recommendations. For example a drain pipe on the roof was literally going nowhere and it was probably contributing to gutters leaking and he said I should get that fixed. It kind of ended in thin air, everything just seemed to fizzle out, whether I had trouble getting a hold of them again or what. I asked them if they could repair a leaky window and they gave me an estimate for $600 for caulking on a leaky window and I said no.

Jason Easton did roof and gutter inspection of the house, including replacing 2 shingles. He did a very efficient job and gave a very good verbal review of what he found and what he did. I would recommend jason and Arocon to my friends and family for similar services.

I purchased a deal for a roof tune-up. It took a while for them to schedule the appointment, which concerned me at first. However, I was very pleased with the work. The technician was Will Moore and he arrived promptly and completed everything in a timely manner. He showed me before and after pictures and I was very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend these services.

went great. read above, guy was there for about 1/1/2 hrs and provided pics and a 21 point inspection of everything he found.

Workmanship was fantastic, crew was great. It did take longer than stated, and a last minute rescheduling was disappointing, but overall would recommend the company. They were terrific.

After cautioning me about climbing the ladder, he did safely guide me up there where I saw the problems. It was good that he not only pointed out the problems (which were easy to see) but thoroughly explained what must have transpired in the installation of the roof to cause these problems in the first place. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I clearly need to have work done, so while he was there he made arrangements for me to get an estimate at a time convenient to me in 2 weeks.

Jason was fantastic! He cleaned out my gutters and showed me the before and after pictures. He also discussed with me the condition of both my gutter system and my roof. He is very knowledgeable. We discussed options regarding roof replacement. He was not "pushy", just honest. I will definitely use this company in the future!

He arrived early which was great for me. He asked if there were any issues he should know about and I show him where I was having an issue with a skylight. He then went on the roof and did a very complete examine of the skylights, vents, chimney, etc. He caulked places where nails were exposed. He fixed a bad spot on one of the shingles and totally recaulked the skylights where the flashing was not meeting where it should. I was impressed that he took pictures of everything good and repaired. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I would hire them again.

Went great. Will Moore, the technician was promo, thorough and informative. He even called and said he could come early. He showed up exactly whe he said he would.

In a nutshell everything went very well. I arranged for the gutter tuneup to have the tech arrive between the hours of 10am-1pm. Jason the tech assigned to do the work showed up at abut 10:30. He was friendly and gave me pointers on the problems he was seeing with the roof and gutters without any upsell pressure or condescension. He took before and after pictures and explained the problems seen in the pictures. He answered all of my questions and explained clearly what needed to be done. He also pointed out some problems he saw with my roof that were contributing to the problems with the gutters and gutter guards. He also blew all of the leaves that were blown off the roof and landed on the ground and on my deck into the surrounding woods. I feel confident that my gutters will perform well for the upcoming winter weather. I wish there were more guys like Jason who work in contracted services occupations!! It was money well spent that pointed out things that could lead to serious problems down the road.

I had a very good experience. I called to set up an appointment, and due to how busy they are it couldn't be set up for a month. Which actually worked out well, as most of the leaves had fallen from the trees. I was both called and emailed the day before the appointment and was told that Will Moore would be at my home between 8:30 and 9. My appointment time was 8:30 to noon, so I was happy that it was first thing in the morning. Will showed up timely and told me he would be cleaning the gutters, doing the inspection and if anything was found that needed to be fixed, he would let me know. He even asked if I could move my car out of the drive way so leaves would not get on it. He used a leaf blower to get the leaves out of each gutter and inspected each one too. When he was done there was no mess on my driveway or my back porch, He gave me a report and indicated the approximate age of my roof and that at this time is all looked ok. He was in and out in about a 1/2 hour. I was very happy with his work and with Will too. He was polite and friendly.

Jason arrived right on time for the appointment. He was very through and professional throughout the process. He also privided an evaluation sheet with necessary detail about the roof that helped me understand its current condition. I would certainly recommend Arocon for any home improvement needs.

Angie's telephone representative informed me that a company was offering a special. I was happy to hear that. (I am not sure about the cost that I listed above as $125.00,but I do remember that it is in my limited price range.) I charged the fee to my credit card and haven't received the statement yet. The roofer (Will) called and arrived some minutes early. I was elated about that. I learned that his name is Will. He was very professional and personable. He explained the inspection. He then went on the roof, came back and showed me the pictures. Today 11-13- 15) I saw this email very far down on my list. I almost deleted it. I am so glad I saw it because I want to give Will an outstanding rating.. If it were possible, I would have given him A+'s instead of plain A's. This is my first experience with Angie's List and, based on this, I am looking forward to getting some of many home-maintenance projects completed.
