Will Moore called me to confirm whether it was okay for him to arrive an hour earlier for the appointment. I returned his call and replied, "Yes he could arrived at 1pm". Will went on the roof immediately. He took pictures of the work that needed to be completed. He departed to provide supplies for another job in the neighborhood. Five minutes later he returned. Mr. Moore submitted the instructions that would extend the life of the roof. He also contacted his home office via mobile phone to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Afterwards, he departed.

Will did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and explained any problems he saw with our roof. He then sent us pictures he took of the roof and gutters. He was very thorough.

I'm extremely pleased that I chose to call Arocon again to have the roof on my new house inspected and repaired. The technician Hunter was awesome. He was very personable, efficient and really knew his stuff. In addition to taking a number of pictures and giving me an excellent summary of the condition of the roof, Hunter also did some minor repairs (caulking, nailing). It would have been worth the service at twice the price. In addition to the great service, I was called first thing Monday morning after I purchased the servicing through Angie's List Sunday evening. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and was able to get me scheduled that very morning. I love Arocon's business model of giving honest information and not pressuring customers to purchase unnecessary services. When my roof does need to be significantly repaired I will definitely be calling Arocon. Thanks!

Will Moore called me about 10 minutes before he was due to arrive and he arrived on time. Will was professional and performed the service promptly. This is the second time I have used Arocon and will be using them again for any of my roofing needs.

The tech, Will Moore, was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. He performed a flat roof tune up and provided a written report of his findings as well as fixed a couple minor issues. I recommend Arocon and would use them in the future.

I called in hoping to make an appointment to get my gutters repaired/replaced. A receptionist answered the phone and was unable to schedule me an appointment for someone to provide an estimate, however she said someone would call me back. A couple hours later, Linda returned my call. I told her my main priority were the gutters, however I was interested in someone taking a look at the roof and possibly installing a new membrane. I also inquired about some roof deck tiles to spruce up my rooftop deck. Linda said she needed to transfer my call to someone in the design build division. I thought this was odd, but went with it due to their high rating on Angies List. She transferred the call and I spoke to a male representative. He said he was not sure if they installed the roof deck tiles, but would ask the owner and get back to me. He also asked if Linda set me up with an appointment to get the gutters looked at, I said no. He took my number and said he would get back to me. 2 days later and no one has tried to call me to set up an estimate. I'm very disappointed, my roof is 1,000 sf and I'm surprised they were not interested in giving me a quote or replacing my gutters. I guess I'm going to try another contractor.

With all the rain we'd noticed some gutter concerns, and since we'd used Arocon before, we checked them out first. Scheduling a $99 Gutter Tune-Up was quick and easy through the website, and Nancy responded promptly to schedule our visit for the next day. Our technician, Hunter Riley, arrived promptly and was able to identify the source of the problem within the first five minutes! He cleaned out the problem area, inspected the rest of the gutters and cleaned as necessary. He then conducted a 21-point roof inspection (included in the Gutter Tune-Up.) Hunter was knowledgeable and professional throughout, and even sent copies of all the photos he'd taken of the roof and gutters. Hunter's an excellent representative for Arocon, and a pleasure to work with.

The vendor arrived on time and conducted a roof inspection. After discussing the state of the roof, they completed a few basic tasks (caulking mostly) and represented that I would be provided with a written estimate detailing the needed repairs within a few days. Having received nothing, I called on several occasions but never received a return call. Then 3 weeks later (April 14th) , I received a DropBox message with pictures of my roof and a message that an estimate could not be completed from the pictures so they would send another representative out. Since April 14th, again in spite of several calls and an email message, no one has responded or provided an estimate. What a disappointing and horrible experience.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate for the replacement of porch roof with shingles with the installation of gutters and down spout. I was given an appointment for same which was within the next week after the call. We were given an estimate which was very reasonable. Once the deposit was received an appointment date was given which was approximately 2 to 3 weeks later. Unfortunately due to rain my work date was changed twice. However on the next available work date the workers came to the house and began work. The workers began work a little late however soon made up for the slight tardiness. I was so impressed with the workers! Not only did they begin work immediately but quickly. They took great care to tarp all areas including my lawn as well as my neighbor's yard. They took extra care not to trample my newly budding lilies! They completed my shingled roof, installed my gutters and worked until it was too dark to continue. However they promised to return bright and early the next morning to install the downspout. Before leaving they careful cleaned both my yard and our neighbor's yard. And as good as their word they returned early the next day and installed my downspout before 9 a.m. My husband and I are so pleased with our newly shingled roof, gutters and downspout Thank you Arocon for great work and an experience! BTW....as I am currently on jury duty I took an Arocon business card with me, passed it around to all of the jurors and courthouse personnel as I am so pleased with your work Thank you so much Tami Butler

The service tech showed up at the scheduled time and promptly began work. At the completion of the job, he explained the work performed, and provided me with a detailed receipt.

I love this company. Arocon Roofing and Construction is a customer friendly company. Jason is very professional as well as knowing his business. I always enjoy having Jason come and clean the gutters because he arrives on time. He does a through job. He explains what he has done. He answers any questions. He also is just helpful with any problems. I will definitely have Arocon and hopefully Jason here this Spring to clean the gutters again. Thanks so much Jason and Arocon.

the company recommended I have my flat roof redone - so I did - appx $3000 + later I had some openings that I could see from the ground & they came back out & fixed it - saying it was just cosmetic opening - BuT for me cosmetic is included in the price especially when you have had your roof lead. When I paid my deposit over the phone to get the work scheduled I really did not like that they charge me 3% more to pay by my credit card.

There was a minute leak on my top floor ceiling (stain of 6X6 inch small sandwich size). First Arocon technician said Roof tune-up would fix the issue because he say some thing on roof but didn't fix the issue, Then last month called again technician (Mr.Al) said he needs to replace few roof parts on the roof . Both times they checked my attic and said roof has leak. Still have the leak and stain re-appeared.They have done work which is not required. Sent Three emails to Last week : Handyman cut the ceiling 6XC inch hole, and found PVC pipe leak on top of the stain, one drop for every 10 mins gets dripped.

I got a roof tune up by Arocon because I had been seeing some leaks in few areas. Will Moore was the technician and he came out and did the tune up. Will was very thorough explaining everything he did in detail and provided pictures. I appreciate the time he took to explain what was going on with my roof. I would definitely use them again.

The recent windy conditions blew off a bunch of shingles from my roof so I found Arocon on Angie's List. I read all their reviews and did research on Google as well. Arocon has a stellar reputation and fantastic ratings so I called to make an appointment for their roof tune-up service. The technician (Hunter) arrived on time, was very professional as well as knowledgeable, and did an excellent job repairing and replacing the shingles on my roof. He did a very thorough inspection and provide a full report with photos included. He never tried to upsell me on any unneeded work, and educated me about my roof in the process. My opinion is that Arocon is a very trustworthy, experienced and honest company. I will make their roof tune-ups an annual event for me, and when it's time to put on a new roof, I will definitely use them. A+++ all around!! Nice job Hunter !!!

The roof repairman was prompt, came in made the repairs, and courteous. I would definitely use this company again!

Hunter was very professional and helpful. He investigated and determined it was a plumbing problem not a roofing problem and did not charge me for the visit. Linda was also very helpful and nice.

My experience with Arocon mystifies me. Initially, I found them to be a very responsive contractor. The estimator was straight-forward, and the work was done in a timely fashion and was well done for the most part. .I haven't been at my best this year health-wise and it may have taken me a second or third look to note that one area of stucco was not neat and that there was a section of flashing that was missing. I called to ask about the flashing and mentioned that I would even be willing to pay for it if there had been no flashing up there originally. The company said there was no need for flashing there. All the others homes on my street have it and my house had had it at one time.) My estimator did come by after a second phone call, but just said that Arocon did not stucco that area and would not have had to flash the area. (He left on vacation. ) I admit, maybe I have not been as clear as I should have been but believe I have in good faith. Since then, there have been no return calls from the company. I hope things get back on a good foot. I had wanted them to do more work on my house.

I called them since my angies list deal was going to end soon and they were awesome and fit me in very quickly. The technician showed up early and was done before I got home. He took pictures and explained everything to me. He was very thorough and helpful. I highly recommend Arocon

Other than the actual cleaning-he spent more time trying to get a salesman out for new gutters.
