I was very pleased with the work! Will Moore was very professional, on time, and friendly. He let me know how the gutters were doing, and what I should do going forward to keep them in good shape. I live in a rowhouse, and the whole appointment took less than an hour. I talked with Linda to schedule the appointment, and she was friendly and helpful, as well. I appreciated the reminder call with the name of the technician the day before. I would definitely use Arocon in the future!

Will Moore did an awesome job! He was very professional, timely, and friendly. Will gave me a full report on how the gutters were looking and next steps to take to keep them in shape. Excellent service. Very knowledgable. Roofer showed integrity. I had had my roof serviced by another company in the fall for $400, therefore my pipe collars were in good shape and missing roof shingles had been replaced. During a recent storm, a roof shingle flew off, so I took advantage of an Angie's List offer for Arocon's Roof Tune-Up for $99. Arocon's roofer replaced the missing roof shingle, inspected the roof and pipe collars, showed me and then emailed me photos, and advised me what to look for as my roof ages. He re-attached a gutter downspout to its bracket. The roofer was not pushy, did not try to up-sell me and reassured me that the other company's work looked good. I was very pleased with this service and highly recommend Arocon.

They were efficient and arrived as promised. I would use their services again. Very reasonably priced.

During a gutter cleaning by the company, I was informed that I had some pump jack holes in my roof and the plywood was rotten and needed to be replaced. I agreed to have an estimator come out and provide me an estimate. The estimator came out July 12 and told me that he would email me the estimate that evening. I never received the estimate and after several phone calls and emails it was finally sent on July 20. Immediately after receipt of the estimate I requested some clarification of the proposal. The clarification was not received until August 1. Based on the poor responsiveness, I had the work done by another company and do not recommend this company.

Scheduled appointments were postponed twice, once due to weather and another time due to employee taking emergency leave.

The Company contacted me promptly the day before the appointment to confirm. The tech who came to my house Will More, was very proffesional. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and provided some details on the roof and also answered my questions regarding a gutter gaurd system. Even though it was not part of the Job, he went above and beyond to measure the gutters and talked to the company to provide me with an estimate. I am really impressed by his proffesionalism and work ethic. If all the tech are I will be a long time customer to Arocon.

Overall, we had a good experience. Adam was thorough in explaining the process and our options for ventilation on our mansard roof. Make sure to do your research on basic roofing so you know what needs to be done based on the latest technology. We did significant research, got multiple quotes, and even talked with the manufacturer of the shingles. We're glad that we did, because the information provided to the workers who did the work was not accurate. Arocon could've done a better job of communicating the day of the work. There wasn't a foreman or anyone who was able to tell us what was going on and coordinate the work being completed. There were some issues that were not resolved by us talking with the workers the day of, but the supervisor was able to come out a couple days later and fix everything for us without question and schedule some additional work that was forgotten. At the end of the day, we're happy to have the 50 year warranty through the shingle manufacturer since Arocon is a certified contractor for them, but it was a lot more heavy lifting on our part than I expected.

There was a small complication that was resolve before work began. Work done on schedule and to our satisfaction. Good job!

Bad. Your Angie's List fine print is erroneous. We were desperately waiting to get our gutters cleaned as we waited for our appt. When Hunter came out he stated its your policy not to remove gutter guards. You did previously ( I used you twice and recommended you to others) My problem is on on Angie's list, it states the gutter guards could be removed for an additional fee. The tech Hunter said you flat out don't remove guards....period. I would have paid extra to remove them. Believe me I was desperate with my basement starting to flood. Hunter made it sound like he couldn't do anything for me. My wet basement thanks you for wasting our time. Had I known I would not have chosen to use you all. When I made the appt I stated that's my gutters needed cleaning and that's why I needed a tune-up. What's the point of gutter cleaning if your techs 'refuse to take off gutter guards? I got a refund(which was prompt)...since that's all Hunter could suggest for me. I would have paid extra.

They arrived a little early and were done in no time. They did a great job.

So the gutters on my new house were in pretty bad shape. They were pulling away from the house in a few places, and I'm pretty sure the previous owner never had them cleaned. I purchased the offer for gutter cleaning, and everything went very smoothly. The technician (Hunter Riley) was great, cleaning the gutters very quickly and reattaching them everywhere - apparently every spike was loose on the gutters. Not surprisingly, since everything was calling apart everywhere else. He even cut down the top of a giant shrub that was sitting in my gutter, so that it wouldn't be pulled down by the plant. He provided a free roofing inspection and showed me photos of every aspect of my roof, which was in surprisingly good shape. I was really happy with my service, so we also discussed more work (on my suggestion), so I'm definitely planning on coming back to Arocon in the future!

The technician, Will Moore, was courteous and professional and did an excellent job cleaning the gutter. He also took photos before and after the work was done. He took time explaining to me what the issues were and how they were addressed and provided a report. He also gave advice on how often it should be cleaned and when it should be cleaned next time. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and would like to use again in the future.

Extremely thorough with substantive explanation of the integrity of the roof and the minor repairs made.

I was unable to use this service. My gutters have a mesh covering. They do not use water to flush the gutters. So the service would have just been the workers using just their hands to clean off whatever might be on top of the gutters, not what is in the gutters. I called Angie's List and they kindly cancelled the $99 coupon I purchased. Angie's List was very kind. I think the woman at Arocon was a tad bothered by my lack of knowing that they don't use water. It is stated on their site somewhere that they do not use water. It is my error for not reading all of the print.

We bought a coupon. A date and time was set and he arrived and both were kept. We have Leyland cypress trees which leave a substantial amount of debris on the steepest section of our roof and in the gutters. I wasn't home when the man came to do the work, but my husband was. When I go home he raved about the man and the work he did to clear the roof and gutters. We are keeping Arocon Roofing's number and will call him back next year. (I'm sorry that my husband couldn't recall the man's name who actually completed the work)

It was really one project that was split because we have a kind of complicated roof. There are a lot of factors involved in selecting a roof but the main reason I selected them is that they provided a line of shingles that I wanted that not every other roofer in our area was experienced with. They had training from the product supplier and a good warranty. However why I downgrade them is that they came out to do the job and said they would install a continuous ridge vent and they stared to cut into the roof to install the vent and realized they had ordered the wrong shingles for that purpose. So I had to wait quite a few months before they corrected that problem. If I needed more roofing done, I would call in the warranty service on what they installed.

Job went great. He cleaned gutters, took pictures of roof and gutters, and provided professional consultation on current gutter issues, and confirmed our plan for how to fix them.

Will was very knowledgeable and helpful about my roofing issues. He found some major gaps around the venting and sealed them up above and beyond what the service covered. We went over pictures of what he'd found topside and he made recommendations for future repairs. He cleared out a major gutter blockage in the back and even trimmed my tree back a little. Could not have been happier with the service.

It went well. The best part is the before and after pictures so I can verify that the gutters are truly clean.

Very well -- the only hiccup is that the company insists the homeowner be present. Not a bad policy, but potentially inconvenient for the homeowner. The technician doing the work was fantastic he explained everything well and cleaned up after the work was complete.
