Everyone from the sales team to the work crew were knowledgeable and professional. My roof no longer leaks and I am over the moon.

This was the best construction team I've worked with! Their excellent client service started on day one when I called to schedule my estimate. Their entire team was polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. It was such a relief to not have the usual problems I've encountered with other contractors; primarily, being able to reach them with questions and knowing that when they said they would call, they actually would. My roofing work was completed in one day and the clean up was immaculate; when the crew left, you were not able to tell that any construction had occurred. Recent heavy rain in the area was the first test of the work and I have no complaints. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great construction team.

They called promptly, but after looking at images of my house, they decided that their equipment could not work with the angles of my roof, and so the deal was not applicable here.

Hunter Riley was our technician. He came on time (even a little earlier), he did a wonderful job, cleaned the gutters and inspected the roof. He took pictures of the roof and gutters and talked to us about the condition of the roof explaining every detail. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend the company and Mr. Hunter specifically to our neighbors.

It went fine. They are coming back to replace the gutters on Monday, as this was only an inspection.

Fine. He found the damaged area in the siding under the roof and determined that the roof itself is sound. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We have scheduled a visit by another worker at Arocon to give me an estimate for repairs.

I contacted them in the early summer of 2016, and they kept promising me an estimate and that they'd do the work .... but in the end, they left me hanging. I was (and am) ready to hire them. I've had them work for me before, and while I went through backflips to get them to actually schedule and perform the work, once it was done, it was PERFECT. It's why I was hoping to be a return customer. I have to conclude, though, that they just aren't dependable. If they do any work for you, it'll be done very well indeed, but based on my experience, the chances are they won't ever do it.

Representative inspected roof and provided a very thorough report along with pictures of the condition of our roof. We were pleased with the fact that he made minor repairs where needed and presented his findings along with pictures and described the work he completed.

Very good - they did an excellent job and provided me a very thorough explanation of the state of the gutters and roof.

Will the technician was on time and did a fine job. He checked all of the gutters and made sure the fasteners were tight and the gutters were secure.

Will (the roofer) was a rock star. Knew more about the problems, potential problems and fixes than anyone I have met before. His level of professionalism was a 10 out of 10. Couldn't be happier.

It went well. Technician was knowledgeable and did good work.

Very well. My leaking gutter was fixed (at least for the time being as they need to be replaced). Will be getting a new roof and gutters estimate from them this coming weekend.

No work was performed. Something aboutsome portion of the roof is too deep and not safe for the technician and the technician decided not to do anything and left. They came out and did several of our townhomes at the same time and offered us a discount. It was done on time and as quoted

Arocon was great - they arrived a few minutes early, assessed my situation and discussed my options. I had paid for a gutter cleaning, but it turns out I have gutter covers which are in disrepair. They discussed with me the ability to clean the stuff off the tops or refund my money. They showed me photos of my roof and gutters to show me their state. We agreed to have them clean up the tops. They did a great job and I felt respected. They could have easily taken my money and done almost nothing. But instead they educated me and respected my time (and money).

The repairman (Hunter Riley) was extremely professional and reliable.

I bought a new roof coating for a house in Pasadena, Md. . Unfortunately, the person who "treated" the chimney, did so to a chimney that was not and is not being used (center of the roof) now for years. In other words, I paid for something that made no sense. The furnace is not in that area.

When he was inspecting the roof the guy was fixing the roof was [32:37] he seem knowledgeable because [32:41] he knew about roof and he give me he told me I see [ 32:49] roof because a lot of contractor would come and tell me I have to replace the roof alright with the first one that gave me [32:55] and for that it was a good thing. They have to be more clear about what they say gutter tune up when I bought it I think tat gutter tune means loose screw you fix it that's how I understand it if it's just cleaning they have to write just gutter cleaning period and also they ended up they told me when they came that I need to replace the gutter I said there is no where you could put the hanger back they said no but I got a handyman up there for ten dollar who [33:35] to put back all for the faction of the price they other ones charge me six hundred dollars to do the gutter, the handyman put them back for me in a minute it was so cheap and for nothing and that I clearly liked that was fast
