I purchased the Roof Maintenance package from their website for $99 after seeing it on Angie's List. I received a call within 15 minutes and an appointment was scheduled. On the scheduled date and time, Hunter showed up and began his inspection and work. He did a detailed inspection, took photos, and explained what minor work (caulking, nailing, and new rubber vent pipe boot) was completed. He didn't try to sell me a roof even though my current roof is 21 years old. The entire process took about 30 minutes. He even took time to play with both my dogs. I was very happy with the work and total experience from this company.

Very prompt in response. Service technician showed up exactly on time. Did a thorough job. Very satisfied.

The scheduling was easy and convenient since they wee able to come @ 7:30am before my work day. The service person arrived on time. He cleared the gutter quickly and explained to me some feedback about the condition of my roof with ZERO sales pressure. He even sent me picture of my roof after the visit. Highly recommended.

They dealt with my busy schedule and still kept in touch with me, which is one of the first qualities I look for when I pay for house services. I appreciated the photos they shared with me for the gutter inspection, since I can't personally go climb up the house and check. They answered questions about other parts of the house that they observed as well, which helped me make future house maintenance plans.

Everything went smoothly, gave me a thorough explanation of the condition of my roof, showed me photos of work done. There was no pushy sales pitch. I'd hire again.

The roof is otherwise looking good. The price was excellent. They didn't try to sell me anything. They did just the inspection and they came back. The guy said the roof still had life in it, we didn't need to do anything now. I was half expecting a lot of times that some people would give me a discount to come out and then tell me that I needed a new roof, but they didn't. He showed up on time and ready to go.

I purchased a roof inspection/repair deal and was pleased I did so. Several missing shingles were replaced and an assessment of the overall condition of the shingles and vents was performed. The employee even took pictures of the before and after repairs, forwarding them to me by email. Gutters cleaned as well, I am comfortably set for the winter. As long as this offer is made by AROCON, it will be an annual maintenance item with them.

Mr Hunter came to our home and after introducing himself went right to work. Any debris from cleaning the gutters was cleaned up. Two stopped up gutter drains were opened and cleaned. Some caulking was needed and performed. The photographs taken were shared and explained to us. A good report was given as to the state of our roof and ll that he observed. This was a friendly and professional individual who I feel was trustworthy and honest. I believe that he was not looking to find any "extra" work repairs to engage us with.

They were punctual, thorough & efficient. The workers were courteous & professional.

Excellent! The worker thoroughly looked at the roof, in and out, and provided a solution. He even left me some caulk without charging me.

Adam was on time and helpful and I got quite an education about gutters. I ended up going with a family owned business who's pricing was a little more in line with what I wanted to spend.

The whole roof was replaced in one day

I wasn't able to use the Deal for the actual work that needed done so they offered to use toward a tune up. They said they would do a roof tune up but didn't so I had them come back out as promised. It was hard to communicate with them due to language barrier. I would possibly use them again if needed.

Hunter did a great job cleaning and caulking. He also checked the roofing, vents, etc and noted anything in need of attention.

They did a good job but at the end told me our roof needs to be replaced. Then I contacted 2 other companies to get bids on roof replacements, and those companies told me the roof still has 3 to 5 years of life left on it.

Hunter Riley arrived on time and started to inspect my roof as soon as he was setup. He found a few loose shingles and replaced two collars of exhaust vents. He wrote up every thing he saw and corrected and forwarded pictures of the complete roof. There was no hard sell for a new roof and Mr. Riley was very helpful with the pictures and the status of my roof.

Throughout the whole process, they were on top of everything and very responsive. The morning they were scheduled to come out, it rained, and they were proactive about calling to reschedule. On the date they were finally able to come out, they were on time. The gentleman who came out was very professional and explained everything he did and showed me pictures as well. He later sent me all the pictures he took.

Hunter arrived on time and went right to work. Showed me preliminary photos, that were then sent to me by email, and the repair work completed via a very thorough 21-point checklist. Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable which was very clear during my initial anc closing conversations with him. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again!!!

Gutter cleaning was great. The technician Will explained what he did and he took pictures too. While doing the cleaning, they identified about 15 slate shingles that needed to be repaired. I said I'd like a quote so I could move forward with getting the shingles repaired. However, 7 weeks later and I still haven't received a quote to repair the slate shingles. This seems like it would be a very easy quote to give per shingle. I called several times and emailed, and I've been told multiple times they will get me a quote. I originally had the work done on August 17, 2016 and it is now October. Literally waiting 7 weeks for a very straight-forward quote is unacceptable. I would have happily given them more work but it appears they don't want it.

Hunter came much earlier than scheduled time, and finished the job in unbelievable speed. After that, he showed the before and after pictures of the work, and explain to me what he had done and checked on the roof. While my next door neighbor is finishing replacing the whole roof, he also helped to check the connection of the roof between the two houses and make sure what they did will not affect my roof. He even complimented the work my neighbor's roofer did. I was amazed by the knowledges, skills, and the professionalism Hunter exhibited. I am sold for this
