We contracted with them (and paid deposit) but ended up going with someone else, because they dragged their feet for weeks scheduling the work.

The company cancelled my appointment without notifying me, making me waste a day waiting around for them until I called. Terrible service, very unprofessional on the phone when I called.

Very well, would recommend, and hire again if any roofing needs arise

These guys were great. The credit goes to Eric C. at Arocon Roofing. Eric was excellent. The consulate professional from the sale, to the clean up. Eric was as good as his word, and the job was done right. I highly recommend Eric and his crew for roofing and windows. Couldn't be more pleased.

I would not ever use Arocon Design-Build again, nor would I refer them to anyone looking for a remodeling contractor.

Adam & crew did a great job. Professional, accommodating, timely and willing to answer any questions or concerns. It was a large job which took about 2+ days. Each evening they cleaned up the yard before they left and did a thorough inspection when done. The cost of the job, while not inexpensive, matched the quality of the products used and the professional installation. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend. ~K~

Everything went great. They even recommended that I hold off on replacing one level of roof that was in great shape. Most companies don't do that.

The girl that answered was very nice. However, she tried to sell me a $200 roof and gutter "tune up". When I told her I just wanted an estimate to get mine repaired or replaced, she said that that would cost even more money. I haven't talked to any other companies that tried to charge for an estimate. Who is going to pay them money, just so we can pay them more money?! That's crazy!

I met with Eric to discuss the project scope. He was professional and I received the estimate in a timely manner. Also, the estimate was reasonable and within our budget. Though the community board chose a different vendor for this specific project, we would have no problems in reaching out to AROCON for future work.

I called and easily got an appointment for the following week. Larry came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof, then gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very meticulous about explaining what would be done--- roofing can be confusing! I was really impressed. Ultimately, we decided to go with another company that was also impressive but a lower cost, but I definitely have a good impression of Arocon.

I solicited quotes from 5 companies. Arocon’s price was very competitive and the attention to the details was unmatched. The warranty is top-notch. The work was performed on time and excellent quality. A couple of small issues after the install were resolved promptly. Everyone I had contact with including sales, customer service, and installers were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company

I made the appointment and the person in the office looked at my house on google earth. Once they arrived at the house, they decided that they needed more people to clean the gutters since I had bushes in front of my house, so no service was done since the cost would be higher than the coupon, and my money from the coupon was returned. The deal had no disclaimer about bushes.

They were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, and did a thorough job.

AROCON showed up on time, had the gutters replaced before I knew it, left the materials I wanted to keep and hauled the rest. New gutters look great and appear to be working well.

They got it right on the second attempt

We had a new roof installed on our house, which is approximately 3300 sq ft. Jason Easton discussed everything with us beforehand so we knew what to expect and Jason oversaw the crew on construction day. These guys were great! They replaced our entire roof and hauled off all debris and completed the whole thing in a day! We have had neighbors with similar sized houses using other companies take two and even three days for the same job. One neighbor had a roofer's dumpster in his driveway for a week! Not so with these guys, they hauled off all trash and used a magnet to clean up that same day. Aside from the obvious new roof, you couldn't tell that they had been there at all. I would highly recommend Jason Easton and Arocon to anyone thinking of getting a new roof.

Contractor was very knowledgeable. I still have leaks on my roof after patchwork was done. Replacement roof tiles don't match existing ones. I'm looking for another contractor to replace my roof.

The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work on time. Follow up visits to check and correct minor issues were completed in a timely manner also.

They arrived on time and completed the repairs to a roof a previous roofer- Advanced roofing, had really messed up. It took them 2 days to repair and re-surface the roof which is quite large but it is a great job. The workers were very professional and cleaned up without leaving behind any mess. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company .

Excellent. Henry B. Was the tech who came out. He was on time and very courteous and professional. He cleaned up the area after he cleaned the gutters and gave a full report with photos before he left.
