They came on time. They had to do some extra work. They took their time and did a very good job. They're very nice people. There was no delay on the service because they came out to do the work the same day we called.

Dylan & Justin were wonderful to work with. Not only did they do a great job installing the faucet and repairing the toilets and bidet, but, most wonderfully, they solved the low water pressure issue we'd had for 20 years. Other plumbers just said it was normal for our neighborhood or we needed all new pipes. Dylan & Justin diagnosed the real problem in minutes and we had great water pressure in no time. The shower massage pulsating setting actually works now, and it doesn't take forever for the toilet tank to refill. They were clean, pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. Thank you Apple, Dylan, and Justin.

Before I hired Apple Plumbing, I hired a competitor to handle a sewer line backup into my house. My line backed up a second time before the competitor finally sent someone out with a camera in the line to assess it. When the competitor came out for the second time, they found roots and explained that I had to have the offending tree removed and the stump ground and then have the line replaced. Nobody was able to locate my cleanout plug, and I live on a flag lot, so it was already a non-routine sewer situation. I called Apple and they came right away with the camera and gave me a quote. The competitor finally came out a few days later but their quote was way higher. When Apple came to do the work, my tree guy had not finished the job, but Apple people were very professional and patient. They actually had to return the next day just to start work. Then it turned out that my roots were so bad they needed to rent a bigger machine (they had to pass the rental cost along to me, which I understand...my own tree guy said that my kind of tree had some of the toughest roots). So they came out for day #3 to actually start the job and found the cleanout plug in the digging process. That means they did not need to replace my sewer line, so they REDUCED their price by $2,000! They could have easily replaced the sewer line and not told me about finding the plug, but they were honest and fair about it, on top of being patient and professional with my tree guy. A very expensive cleanout, but really it is a fair price because it was not a routine job: multiple trips, extra large machine rental, digging, locating the plug, bringing it up to surface and cleaning it out.

Turned out that Jason, a master plumber who does GREAT work, removed the adjustable shower-head that had been installed a decade ago and replaced it with a stationary shower head and it worked just fine. There was so much build-up that it was not flowing properly. He saved us several hundred dollars that a less honest and scrupulous company would've charged to do exploratory work.

I wouldn’t recommend them to people. They didn’t come when they were supposed to. They gave us a quote over the phone, it wasn’t a written quote but it was supposed to work. They quoted us $600 and it ended up being $1300 when they were done. Their price fluctuates from what they provided in the quote and the guys were very unprofessional. The technician that came out tried to overcharge me. We hired him to do some pluming work and to install a dish washer. So he comes out to do the dish washer and he couldn’t get it done. He knew how to do the plumbing but he couldn’t do the dish washer which is what I was paying him for. The guy that was doing the kitchen cabinets had to do it for him and then he wanted to charge me for the time the other guy did it. I said I wasn’t paying him for more than an hour.

After calling another company first and being told it would be $100 for an emergency response and another $100 minimum repair cost (uh, yeah), I called Apple Plumbing. I was relieved to hear that because I called before 4:30, it did not constitute as an emergency. And they were able to send someone within an hour! I got a call before Jeff arrived to make sure it was still a good time for me. I was really impressed with the responsiveness.

I called Apple Plumbing for a quote on installing a kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet (I bought both faucets from Lowes).  The tech that came out was on time and was professional. He gave me a quote of 270.00 to install the kitchen faucet and 295.00 to install the bathroom faucet.  I was floored at this price!  Remember this is just labor, I bought the faucets. The kitchen faucet was a back mounted faucet. So it unscrewed from the wall, you don't have to get under the sink to change it other than just turning the water valve off. I asked him why it was so expensive? He said it would take him at least a couple of hours on each faucet. I asked him to just install the kitchen faucet and I only did this because I was in a jam. The faucet is leaking and I am having the sink glazed. So he got here at 8:00 to give me the free quote. He started working on the kitchen faucet about 15 minutes later. In the middle of the work he had to run out to a supply warehouse to get something he said he usually had on his truck but ran out of.  Then he was done by 9:45. So that's about an hour and a half with a run to the supply house. I honestly thought I was going to have to pay about 150.00 to have each faucet installed. I would not recommend using this company for small household chores like replacing faucets.

Called around 11 in the morning after noticing the water tank was leaking. Sue answered the phone and was very helpful. She told me someone would be there around 4 that day. She called back to get the model and serial number information and said she would contact Whirlpool and then called again to notified me the tank was still under warranty. The repairman, Bruce, arrived at 2:30 and pulled the tank. He took the old unit to Lowe's and picked up the new. Everything was back in working order by dinner time. The service was great and dealing with both Sue and Bruce was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend the company.

They were great. I called them in the morning due to a leaking hot water heater. They were able to come out by lunch time - replaced it and I was able to get back to work - only missing a few hours of work time. Very friendly and made sure everything was back in place when they were done.

He showed up on time.  Had a great personality, was easy to talk to and was just a genuinely nice person.  While the cost may have been lower had I gone with someone else or done it myself, these pull valves were in a powder room, they were 13 years old and the builder left less then 2 inches of pipe to work with. I felt much better having someone experienced come in and perform the work.  I will be using them again.
