My experience with Reliable Professional Contracting went very well. They kept me informed and were very professional. Will definitely be using them again.

This company is always on time and very professional. I’ve never had to have them redo any work. Recently just called for a new property I’m working at.

RPC first worked for me after an 80’ tall oak tree fell through my house during hurricane Irene. They handled all aspects of the rebuild, from framing, to siding, windows, floors, paint, electric, and trim. We’ve since had RPC repair exterior trip, and install new exterior and interior doors. I would (and will) hire them again.

I’ve had Rick do all sorts of work over the last 15 years. I bought a foreclosure that had loads of deferred maintenance back in 2009. He was always good about trying to work out the most fiscally responsible way forward to make sure the job was done right. The latest project was adding windows and fixing some leaks around existing windows. Again, always a professional job.

I was the President of a homeowners association and Reliable Professional Contracting did a lot of construction work in our community as well as personal work on my home such as roofing decking fencing windows doors siding landscaping concrete sidewalks etc. Their work was always professionally done and reasonably priced.

Rick Cosgrove, before he founded Reliable Professional Contracting, designed and built a home for my family in 2006. Demolishing and building a home from scratch was a daunting project and Rick as the project lead put us at ease as he navigated us through the design and construction phases. A key factor in the project's success was Rick's constant attention to detail, professional knowledge, and customer focus. The home he provided was exactly what we envisioned. Fast forward eighteen years and the home he provided required some maintenance. We had kept Rick's business card and did not hesitate to call him to perform work for us. Again, Rick is guiding us through some minor maintenance and upgrades that we're sure we'll be satisfied with. Rick's attention to detail and great customer service are factors that will keep us as his clients for years to come.

As a property manager, I found this contractor to provide excellent work, and they absolutely stand behind the quality.
