Maybe things have changed since the last review three years ago. Out experience is very different as to quality and responsiveness. The unit has worked only a few days at a time since installation a few months ago. Someone comes to fix it, it works for a few hours or a day, it breaks again, it takes a few days to get a response and set an appointment, then it takes a few more days to get an appointment, a repair is made, it breaks again, the cycle starts again. We can't be in our new room when it's so cold, and we're pretty impatient now. We have asked for a totally new unit because it doesn't seem it can be fixed.

They were a very good company to work with. They provided a quote within a short time frame and provided the quote on the spot. They performed the work about one week later. The work took only a few hours. They were in and out. The employees were very friendly, courteous and professional. I definitely recommend them to others. I think they normally work on much larger projects. But they were able to take on my small project because it was a slow time for A/C work in the Fall.
