My overall experience working with Select Home Exteriors was exceptional. After contacting Matt and inquiring about an estimate for a new roof, he scheduled an appointment with me right away and came to my house to meet me and look at my roof. I explained to him I was leaving to go out of town for a month in just a few days and I would like to get a proposal before I left town. Matt left my house and I had my proposal that same afternoon. After meeting with him and discussing what I wanted done I knew I felt comfortable using Select Home Exteriors and trusting them to install a new roof on my home while I was out of town. Matt explained to me prior to beginning the new roof installation he was concerned about some possible bad wood and told me that any wood that he determined was bad he would replace, since this was a concern of his and because I was out of town Matt made a point to make sure he was at my home during the entire installation to oversee the project as well as make sure all the bad wood was replaced that needed to be. Because I was not home he provided me with pictures of everything that was replaced showing me why he decided to replace it and even showing me pictures of the new wood that was installed. I felt this was a very honest and respectful gesture instead of simply sending me a bill after I came home for the wood that was replaced since I would have had no way to know one way or the other.
Not only does my new roof look great, but I was very pleased with the overall experience working with Matt and Select Home Exteriors, throughout the whole process he was professional, responsive and most importantly honest.
