Kenbeck has been closing my pool, servicing the pumps, and even replaced my propane heater since we moved here in 1999. They do great work and are very helpful and prompt.

My pool water test prior to their visit was 100 ppm total alkalinity. They came the next day and claimed that the test was 50 ppm, so they used all of my stored chemicals to raise the alkalinity to 200 ppm, much higher than the recommended range of 80 to 120 ppm. I returned that evening and could not see the bottom of the pool. They also claimed to have found a leak in the liner, and repaired it, although I didn't see a leak the day before their visit. Their business practice is from the 60s. They don't provide water quality reports or work reports, and there is no easy way to communicate with them.
