They were able to fix my heater better than three previous providers have done. Very happy with them.

Technician was very thorough, and objective in his assessment of our system.

Each time they came to fix it, and it was never a permanent fix. My air conditioner was under warranty, but they would not honor it. They used to be a very good company, but they were sold, and now they have the same quality.

They took a look at my system and it went well. My system failed a few months later but I had someone else do that repair.

I really like them. They are the first company that puts the booties over their shoes, I love and appreciate that. The customer service is really good. Somebody is always in the office to answer the phone. She is very pleasant and always answers the questions.

The tech showed up on time and the tune up went very well. No leaks, so no Freon was needed. Pointed out some items to monitor for the future. No up sell pressure. Will use again.

I bought the 20 point inspection package for my AC. They came on time, the staff was very professional and did the job in a very professional way. They did't try to overcharge us or discovered something "very bad that needs to be fixed right away" like some other companies do. I would definately recomend them and will use them again in the future

I didn't like anything about the experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. I will never use them again. The salesperson that first came out was not forthcoming about being a part owner in the business which I found to be somewhat shady. They did the work and the quality was fine initially. We then started having issues and the techs that responded to fix the problem were kind of inappropriate. We tried calling the owner a couple of times and he literally hung up on us. About four or five months went by and they sent us a letter stating we hadn't finished paying them. The owner said it was a mistake that was attributed to a new secretary in the office. The air conditioning still isn't working properly.

It's a great unit, extremely quiet, and replaces the ceiling based drywall radiant heat that has been in the house since it was built in 1964. It's a huge money saver, and if this winter weren't so mild, we'd be saving even more in energy bills. I expect the investment to pay for itself in energy bills in about 5 years and to signficantly enhance the resale value of the house vs the old A/C unit that was previously installed. Since we already had the ducts installed upstairs, it was a no brainer

It was said that all the work would be done, but all of them were not done. The work got over in maybe fifteen or twenty minutes. They were pretty prompt. I may use them in the future.

I compared other prices and they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the others. I would certainly use them again.
