Shoe Repair
I was told it would be ready in a week. I called several times during the next month and told it wasn't ready. The machine was broken. They had to order a new part. I waited a week or so and called. They said it would be ready the next day. I called before leaving to pick it up because it was almost an hour drive and wanted to make sure it was ready. Nope, even though they had promised that it would be. Another week, I called . They said it would be ready the next day. This time, I waited several days later and went in to pick it up. Sheryl, the seamstress told me it wasnt ready yet but she could do the work immediately and meet me in 11/2 hrs at a nearbay shopping center at 1pm. I was there waiting until 2pm and she never showed up so I went home. Supposedly its ready now. When I go there I am taking the coat, ready or not.

Shoe Repair
Upon reading the review for the shop on Angie's List I took a pair of men's sandals to Waldorf Shoe Repair. The back straps were chewed by our puppy so they would require either new or repaired straps on both shoes. I was "greeted" at the front desk with a frown, a look, and a sigh. She "decided" she could fix them for $18. I paid, was given a ticket, and told they would be ready on Monday. When I returned on Monday she asked if I was called. They were not ready and she said she will work on them right away. I got a call late Tuesday that they were ready. I picked them up on Thursday. They looked "okay" and my husband was happy.

Shoe Repair
They do excellent handcraftsmanship that is very difficult to find these days. I was happy with the work they did for me and would definitely recommend them to others.
