All work went very well. I called him in on the outlets only. He evaluated the job on site and determined that the tandem circuit breaker switch was needed, as there were no open slots. This addition did not significantly change the cost. Mr. Dotson is a registered Master Electrician and he did an excellent job. He even assessed the condition of a light fixture that has intermittent outages. He provided options for resolution, at no charge.

I was pleased to have my install done over the weekend so that time would not have to be taken off from work. Kevin was informative and professional.

It went great. He replaced the fixture on the front porch pretty quickly. When I was discussing the outlet in the garage he noticed wires that were stapled into the ceiling by the previous owner. Like a detective, he quickly identified where those were going and we found out that one was for an outlet outside of the house the we never use and was no longer working. The other wire was for lights in the garage that we no longer used. He offered to get ride of them for me. I told him we could wait. In about 20 minutes he was able to run a wire from our circuit box to the spot for the outlet. We spoke some more and I was explaining some of the weird situations we had with different light switches in our basement. To use one light switch to turn on and off lights, another set of light switches had to be at the on position. There was a similar situation with some of our upstairs lighting as well. He worked on the switches and fixed the lighting so that all the light switches would control the lights independent of the others. He did share that there was something else he would have to do with one of the outlets in the basement to make it completely right; We agreed to have him come back. He also adjusted our circuit box as he found that it was not mounted correctly. He also helped me figure out why my garage door made a horrible sound when it was closing. Kevin is a true professional and from speaking with him you can tell that he really enjoys his job and is extremely knowledgeable. He gave us a great price, he does quality work and we wouldn't call anyone else to do electrical work in our house.
