VERIZON WIRELESS

We had a problem with our service and it was out for little over a month. We called for repair time after time after time. They come out fix something and say that we should have the service back and next time we went to use the phone it was out again. This went on and finally they found the problem and it was the little connective box at the back of the house as there was a short in the wire. Finally they repaired it and we had no problems since then. They finally repaired it not until we called and complained or not until we had written a letter. We went in the internet and found the name of the CEO and found the corporate head quarters office and sent him a letter. We complained about it and said that we had received a compensation for this. However it seemed like there was lot of waste of man hours and the customers are the ones who pay for that. We got a call from a spokesman for the CEO right around Christmas time stating that they had got the letter and checking it out. Couple of days later we got a call saying that they had talked to a supervisor in our area and the supervisor’s, technicians would be getting additional training which was good.
