The plumber was onsite for all about 15 minutes, he haphazzardly pulled the tub fixture from the wall and ran the water for just a few moments despite telling him it took longer for the leak to appear. Not seeing a leak he put the fixture back on and failed to re-caulk it. He then demanded the $100 deductable payment.
Further researchingof this company on the internet only shows a PO Box or 2339 Tawny Drive in Upper Marlboro, MD- This address does not exist. 2339 Tawny Drive is a small poorly maintained residential house in Waldorf MD with a Mercedes parked in the driveway.. please beware.
