They were wonderful. I referred them to my granddaughter's day care. They repaired refrigerators for them, and they were very pleased, and kept their magnets, and I think they are going to use them all the time. I was absolutely thrilled with them as well. Their honesty stood out, and they were just great. After we found out that the parts could not be found, my husband checked online, and we checked other suppliers, and it was true. Ultimate appliance gave us an option to either go through him, or go on our own to get the dishwasher. I have a nephew at Sears, so we got a discount, but we got them to install.
