He who I have never met (luckily) was one of the most difficult persons I have ever dealt with by phone. A real self inflated know it all. Let me break down the problems that contractors have with condescending entitled homeowners like Mr. [Member Name Removed]. I will use the grades he gives us to illustrate. Grading: Quality From him a B, His wife was very pleased with all we did. Price from him a D. We worked at over a 40% discount to be able to make Mrs. [Member Name Removed] feel good about having a yard transformed that look like it was and abandoned home when we first started. In fact she said he husband would prefer to do it himself however she feared it would not be done well and would never be finished. She gave us the budget to work with. This leads me to The 3 F grades. We put their work ahead of many other projects due to her being in the last days of her pregnancy. We met the timelines. and we were always professional, punctual, and responsive. I am glad to have read this review because it makes me have compassion for Mrs. [Member Name Removed]. who was a joy to work with."
