Not well. Said it was my fault.

There was a bit of a wait but they did the job properly.

He did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone. It did take a little longer to get back than I had hoped, about 5-6 days, because there were other lawn mowers in the shop ahead of mine, but they fixed everything fine. I would've appreciated a head's up on the timeline for repairs being done.

My lawn tractor was in serious need of repair.  And the shop was professional in providing me details on what they found and what it would cost.  And the fact that the charge a small fee to pickup at my home was a winner.  With partial going to the repair.  I got full tune up and blade sharpening and pick up/delivery.  Great work.

When I dropped off the mower I was on crutches, they helped me get the mower from my car and into the shop. They completed the repair within a week. The only issue I had was they over serviced the oil, when I first used the mower it was causing a lot of smoke and leaked. I took it back in and they fixed it within a day. They did a good job.

Everything turned out well, and it was a great experience.  They charged a reasonable price, were very knowledgeable, and completed the repairs in just one day.

They picked up the lawn mower and dropped it back off. It was fixed in 3 hours or so. They were very nice about working around my schedule which means a lot. I would use them again.

Dropped of my pressure washer at their shop. Explained that it was working fine except it would not pull cleaning solution from the tank. Waited over a week and had not heard anything so I called. I was told that they were 2 weeks backed up and that they would call me. Should have informed me of the extra long wait when I left my pressure washer with them. Another week and a half and they called. Said pressure washer was working fine. Wanted to know why I had brought it in. I had to explain again what the problem was. Called me back 15 minutes later and said they had it apart and that it wouldn't be worth fixing. I asked for an estimate and the only thing I got was it would cost more than it would to buy another. I don't mind paying the $20 for an estimate, but to let it sit for 3 weeks and then be clueless as to why it was there? Then spend 15 minutes and not even provide me the estimate I paid for. If it's not worth fixing I would understand. Just provide the service you were contracted to perform. Let the customer know upfront the approximate wait time. And make the necessary notes or records to know what you are supposed to be looking for. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful service, I took my 3 year old Craftsman snow blower out of the shed when the snow forecast became it will happen rather than it might happen.  After over an hour of cranking the blower and trying everything I could I finally gave up trying to start it. I decided it had to go to the shop and resolved myself to having to shovel.   A previous place I'd gone to for small engines repairs offered a combination of terrible service and overcharging.  So I went to Angie's list and found Tool Solutions - no bad reviews and every review said they were a great place to  do business.  The reviews were right on the money, in fact even though all the reviews were good, good does not do this business justice, they were/are great.  I brought the snow blower in, the two young men who run the place came out and helped me get this beast of a snow blower off my trailer and into their shop.  We had some pleasant conversation about snow blowers in general and my problem in particular,  I mentioned that I wished I had been smart enough to bring it in earlier as now it was likely I'd be shoveling.  Imagine my surprise when the owner said "not if we can help it,  unless there's major damage to it we are trying our best to have all the snow blowers brought in ready by tomorrow".  He also explained the predominant snow blower problems they experience and gave me a short tutorial in how to avoid them.  They were not condescending, just informative, it was real good information that if I'm smart enough to use should save me future repair bills.  I was very skeptical about the prospect of the repairs being done before the snow and told them that though that would be great I wouldn't really count on it.  22 hours after I brought it in, as the flakes began to fall I called and was told " Oh hi, was just getting ready to call you,  it's all ready you can pick it up whenever you are ready, it's $112.00".   I couldn't believe it, my last small engine repair, at the other place, also a carburetor rebuild but on a generator,  took 5 weeks, lots of phone calls,  threats of small claims court and $285.00.  Tools Solutions will have all my future small engine repair business (I wish they worked on cars too!),  you can't ask for more personable professional folks, timely quality work, at a fair price, courteous service and helping to load and unload to boot, it simply doesn't get any better than that.  Thanks Angies reviewers for pointing me in the right direction.  Thanks Tool Solutions for saving me from my procrastination , for being more than fair in your pricing and for being the professionals you are.  I will be back.

Tool Solution was in my neighborhood, so that was great. I delivered my lawn mower  to tool solutions and within 5 days it was operating wonderfully.  The price was adaquate for the service.  I would recommend a more reasonable delivery rate for Seniors. We all can not lift   lawn mowers.  Very Professional and Courteous.  Would definitely use them again.

They were prompt with initial inspection and estimate of work required, calling me the day after bring them the mowers.  They advised me of a delay to order the replacement deadman lever cable (it was after 4 pm Friday before the Memorial Day extended non-business day).  They advised me that the riding mower would be examined Tuesday (next business day).  They received the replacement cable  Wednesday and had both mowers working perfectly Thursday.  Both mowers were cleaner than when I delivered them.  The cost was half of my guesstimate (from years of experience with other repair shops).
And they repair all sorts of small gas engines.  I will be bringing them that problem gas chain saw next week that I can never adjust to stay working.  They also rent small equipment and mowers.  They also rent small equipment at nominal cost at day and half-day options.  So if you had a really serious long mower repair, you could rent one for 4 hours for little cost.  Enough time to mow the lawn in an emergency and get it returned.
I will use them again and again!

I took my lawn mower there, they did the required work in a reasonable amount of time and the price was also reasonable.

I liked the fact that they came out promptly after I gave them a call and they picked up the lawn mower. They picked it up on a saturday and brought it back within  a week. They called me and let me know what the problems were. It was very courteous and they were very responsive to my questions. I will recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, I am going to have them work on some other things for me.
