It went really well. He found us money that was owed to us from 3 prior years before working on 2017 taxes. He's very knowledgeable about federal and state tax laws. The only opportunity is that the process is slower than what I'm accustomed to, however, I would sacrifice accuracy over speed any day.

We were switching accountants and when I made the appointment they requested we bring by our last several year returns. When I arrived for the actual appointment much of the information had already been gleaned from prior year returns. Tina did our returns and I was very impressed. We saved money as they are much less expensive than the accountant I used prior. We also got a impressive refund. She looked at all the options and by filing married but individually our refund increased by quite a bit. I will definitely be returning next year!

The receptionist in Mr. Gregan's office was welcoming and informative. She explained an unexpected client was in Mr. Gregan office. When we went in, we found him to be knowledgeable, open and friendly, putting us at ease. We explained that after our taxes had been prepared by someone (who was no longer available to assist us), we came across a form reporting additional income. He asked a question or two to verify information and incorporated the amount for the revised federal and state tax returns. He fastened together the forms needed for each return, explained the final results, and provided pre-addressed mailing envelopes. We appreciated his excellent people skills as well as his technical knowledge.

While it seems to be a small out of the way office, Tina was quite knowledgeable, and willing to help me with unknown aspects of my tax return. Very professional, and polite. Would definitely encourage others to use their services. It was nice to not feel like just another number coming through the door.

I was able to make an appointment and talk in depth to the tax preparer. She was very candid in explaining what I needed in order to get my taxes prepared. She was very informative and helpful. The tax preparer was very responsive to all of my questions. I usually hate that time of year but the preparer made the experience very easy.

They did a good job on my taxes last year, so I'll be going to them again this year. I was pleased with their services.

I wouldn't have anyone else do my taxes; they are great!
