 + -1 moreI got a contract through Sears. They came out Springtime for my system. They don't charge nothing; I paid my service fee for two years and anytime they come out it's free. Mine not up til next year, so I'm good until the end of next year. They come out in the spring and fall. On the responsiveness, they seem pretty good. I've been using them for a while. I bought my furnace through them, and I just added a few things with it. One usually come out unless they have a problem with it, then it's two at one time. They did a good job cleaning up. They're pretty good. They do good work for everything. They do a good job.
