Nathan Kaiser and his team demonstrated a thorough understanding of the process, procedures and policies involved with inspecting and facilitating getting your roof replaced. He assured me with confidence that my roof would be replaced but it would require a competent and professional team to manage the process. He and his team challenged every denial presented by the insurance company and advised me every step of the way - determined to get the best for us. We eventually, after almost 16 months, demonstrated over and over again that my roof was damaged due to windstorm and our insurance company was obligated to replace the entire roof based on our policy. Thanks Nathan for a job well done. You and Jimmie oh by the way are the best in the business.

Excellent to interact with. My personal rep was Justin Mefford. He was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied. He made sure that we were always in touch and that I knew the next steps. The product delivered (a new roof, new gutters and siding repair) were of excellent quality and Justin came out numerous times to inspect the work and also make sure I was happy with it. He also interacted with the insurance company and insurance adjuster on my behalf. Bottom line - I highly recommend - my experience was very positive.

The project manager worked with our insurance company to get our wind damaged roof replaced. He was professional and knowledgeable and very responsive. His crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of installation and cleanup in one day. We are very satisfied and highly recommend.
