Prompt and professional. Even followed up with recurring services. One complaint is follow-up needs more conciseness but other than that, really good!

The service was a "deep cleaning" of the house. It included cleaning the window surfaces easily accessible. Pleased with the thoroughness of cleaning the house interior surfaces and dusting -- including getting under items on desks, etc. This was my first time having cleaning services. I recommend their service.

Ladies cleaned good. Would ask them to clean the bathroom faucets a little more.

The team that came to my home was excellent. They helped me to organize lots of things, toss things and I could literally lick the floors after they were done. I'm definitely using their services again.

I've been trying to reach Tracy to follow up on some concerns with the quality of work and has been unable to get her on the phone. I was also inquiring about routine service for my new home and didn't get a call back with an estimate. Pretty disappointing when Tracy was initially very responsive.

Cleaners are friendly and take pride and time with their work. Scheduling is flexible and their willingness to customize the cleanings to what I needed was appreciated.

We received a move-in clean service. The cabinets, stove, and were pretty nasty. However the maids did a good job tackling them. The baseboards and window seals looked pretty good, however there was a film when we ran our hands across them. There were spider webs left on at least 3 of our light fixtures. We actually requested they be removed however the seemed to over look them. I will have to go back over everything to get the house as clean as I would like it. I guess they did an ok pre-clean start. They were cheaper than other companies. They say you get what you pay for.

Excellent work. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars is because they failed to come to my house at the agreed upon time. They made up for it by giving me a discount.

The owner and the employees were very courteous and sensitive to the needs of my Aunt who is disabled. They took time to ensure everything was to her liking and exceptions.

At first I was truly taken back by the genuine professionalism from the owner. In Mystic Cleaning you get Professional service with old integrity... we just don't get that anymore from businesses. I was over the moon pleased with the fact that I found a company I can trust. Mystic wants to know what you are looking for and then they combine that with professional service, it's GREAT! They listen and adhere to their word. My home prior to moving in was an absolute disaster, beautiful home just not lived in for 3years . Once Mystic Cleaning got a hold of it my home became a place of comfort, my stress has been lifted. The first day my home was viewed by Mystic I got a quote that night. prior to Mystic I was fighting with several companies whom I had to track down just to get simple answers. Thank God there are still professionals out there.

THIS WAS A FIRST TIME CLEANING AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. MY HOUSE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR 3 WEEKS BECAUSE MY OTHER TEAMED HAD NOT SHOWN UP, SO THEY HAD QUITE A JOB TO DO AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.

Her crew is very easy to work with. They are pleasant and accommodating!
