I was looking for a good quality, affordable reclining chair but had nothing specific in mind. I went to the gallery and just began browsing the showroom. A sales associate approached and gave me an idea of what was available but wasn't pushy. After I'd walked around a little and tried out a few chairs she returned and started answering my questions regarding the different chairs. One eventually caught my eye and she showed me all its features. I expressed interest but she looked at the inventory and discovered that the floor model was the last one available. I had decided that I wanted the chair so she offered a discount off of that chair. After looking it over for wear and ear I purchased the chair and she moved it to the back of the store because I needed to return the next day for pick up. I ended up getting a better chair than I orginally had in mind without feeling pressured or harassed by the sales staff.
