JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES

They are horrible. I didn’t inspect the furniture that was delivered very closely. I was in a hurry; I had a meeting or something. Then a day or two later, I discovered that there was a defect in the furniture. When I went to the store to talk to the lady, she pointed to a sign that said that if we sign on deliverance of the furniture, then that's our problem. They do repairs once we accept the furniture. They mail the leather or the parts of the furniture to be done to our house, which is horrible. Then one of their representatives has to come once the stuff has come in the mail and make the repair. It was a gift for my son for his birthday. His furniture was in worst condition than mine. It's been almost two years, and someone called me from their repair company last week and wanted to know if they could come out and finish the repair. I am angry because I am still paying that bill. I can't believe that somebody can be so unorganized. When I spoke to the lady that called, I told her that I was not going to take off from my job. I told her that I was sitting on my furniture and that it was usable. I told her to cancel the appointment for whatever that she had planned to do. When I pay them all, I don’t ever plan to deal with Jennifer Convertibles again.
