This is the company you need. It can't be beaten for prompt and professional service at a price lower then most other HVAC businesses On Saturday our outside A/C unit fan motor stopped, leaving us with no A/C. After making several unsuccessful attempts to get emergency service, I reached Dwayne from HVAC Connect. Wh said he would come by within 30 minutes; he arrived in 20. He got the A/C going on a temporary basis until he could obtain a new motor. He said he would be back on Monday with the new part. He kept his promise and installed it early on Monday. He noticed the old fan was out of balance and said he would get a new one. On Tuesday evening he installed the new fan and would not accept any additional payment. Dwayne can't be beaten for prompt, professional and cost-effective service.

This technician, Dwayne, was on time, honest, and knew what he was doing. Told him my problems and fixed exactly that. He is very skilled, and knowledgeable about the work he performed. I was very pleased with his professionalism. Everything works perfectly now. Best service from HVAC company/technician and comes highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience with Dwayne and HVAC Connect - I recommend them. The service was punctual and honest. I always received a message from Dwayne to follow up on work and to keep me in the loop on when people would be showing up. The job was completed on-time (actually ahead of the quoted schedule), and Dwayne made sure to answer any questions I had before leaving the job. I also found their prices to be reasonable and transparent. I will definitely call them next time I need HVAC assistance.

Dwayne came out late in the evening on a Saturday night to look at our air conditioning that was not working. He was extremely professional and took the time to go over everything. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. His prices were reasonable and his service was excellent. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

The company was responsive and provided excellent service at a competitive price. Our old A/C and furnace had to be replaced in the heat of the summer. Mr. Douglas was quick to respond and provided a prompt estimate. He meet all promises for scheduling installation, removing the old equipment, and a quality installation of the new equipment. He followed up to insure the system was functioning and that all was well. We were completely satisfied with the new system, the installation and the customer service. We highly recommend this firm!
