They did an excellent job and explained everything to me. He went over everything and cleaned up along the way. He was timely, professional, pleasant, and informative. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. I have no complaints.  My wife and I are pleased with what was done.

The only problem I had is that Home Depot would not install it. They referred us to someone else and we had an issue with that.

They were actually able to give us the window we wanted unlike another company. It was considered a cottage window. They were able to match the original sides. My faith in their window department was restored. They did an excellent job. The guy that came to do the estimate walked us through the steps on what to expect. The installers were meticulous and very careful because it is an older house. They were great. The guy that did the estimate really listened to what we wanted and he provided it. He was attentive and knowledgeable about his product. I was very happy. It is a 1943 cottage. The windows have been very good and I will go back to them for my other windows. They showed up on time. All their people were on time and very professional.

They did a good job. They were timely and the work was done professionally. It is competitively priced and they warranty the work so if there's any issues with it, they'll come back out and fix it.

It's in disarray at the store. One of the worst stores I've ever been in. According to the temporary manager there, they have had problems there over the last couple of years. They haven't been able to find the manager and I gather they have several problems.

This patterned carpet aligned beautifully, between rooms, closets and hallways. I am very happy with my carpet choice and very happy with Home Depot. I paid Home Depot to move my furniture - 6 pieces per room. Beds were put back together, and the furniture was placed where it was prior to the install. I had to remove all clothes, books and stuff prior to installers showing up, I temporarily stowed alot of my closet items in my bathtub of the nearest shower.The only "issue" I had was the gentleman who drew up my floor plans, incorrectly indicated that I had an elevator in my house, this had to be corrected by the floorplan/estimators and then a new plan emailed to me.

The workers were supposed to arrive somewhere between 8 a.m and 10 a.m. Since I hadn't seen them, I called and asked if they were going to show up or not. I was told that they hadn't finished a job they started the day before and had to finish it first. They rescheduled the window replacement for the following week for the same time. On that following week, they didn't show up until 2 p.m., but did start to work immediately. They stayed until the job was finished -- 8 p.m. The next morning I looked around outside and found a few nails and screws they left on the ground, but overall, they did a good job of cleaning up after they finished. I examined the window and found that one of the side windows had either a scratch or small crack in it on one of the panes of glass. I called the office and they sent the job manager out to check it. He reordered a new window and it arrived within two weeks. The workers were very polite and did a very nice job. When I have more windows replaced, I will more than likely have them do the job.

Make sure you let them know exactly what you want, including the quality of installation and respect for your house. They will come through. I always let installers know that I'm going to keep calling them if I don't get what I want.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE DOOR, BUT WHEN I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME DO ANOTHER JOB THEY TOLD ME THAT OUR DOOR WAS NOT PUT IN RIGHT. I HAD TO CALL HOME DEPOT TO COME BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

I WOULD SAY EXCELLENT COMPANY. I AM VERY HARD ON COMPANIES, BUT THIS COMPANY PASSED THE TEST. I LIKE THE WORK DONE MY WAY, OR THE HIGH WAY. THE WORK WAS DONE UP TO MY STANDARDS AND THE OUTCOME LOOKED WONDERFUL.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. NOT ONLY DID HOME DEPOT INSTALL THE DOORS, BUT WE ALSO MADE THE PURCHASE THROUGH THEM. THE WORKERS WERE GREAT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE WILL BE USING HOME DEPOT AGAIN SOON.

I FELT THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. ANYTHING THAT YOU BUY IS GUARANTEED, AND IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, THEY WILL COME OUT AND FIX IT INSTANTLY. HOME DEPOT IS JUST GREAT, AND I LOVE THEM.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. EMPLOYEE WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN.

I LIKE THE REPLACEMENT JOB DONE ON THE DOORS OF THE HOUSE. THE JOB CAME OUT FINE. THINGS WENT SMOOTHLY AND I AM PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE DOOR REPLACEMENT.

I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING ELSE. THEY WERE SLOW AND FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE I COULD OF HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND DO ALL THE WORK AND SOME MORE.

EXCELLENT JOB DONE ON THE DOOR. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THE DOORS WERE SO SECURE AND TIGHT. THE AIR SEEPING THROUGH THE DOOR BEFORE IS NO LONGER COMING THROUGH THE HOUSE.

I WOULD REFER MY FRIENDS TO HOME DEPOT FOR DOORS. THE FACT THAT THEY STARTED THE JOB AND FINISHED THE JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEPENDABILITY AND SERVICE.

THEY SENT A REPRESENTATIVE OUT TO INSTALL THE DOOR. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY.

THEY DID GOOD WORK, BUT TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WE ORDERED THE DOOR IN JUNE AND THEY JUST INSTALLED IT IN AUGUST. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR.
