Contractor abandoned job after collecting several installment payments, ignored repeated phone and mail requests to return and complete job. Quality of what was completed was painfully substandard. Subcontractors sent to job were questionable and appeared to not have the required MHIC licenses, either. Arrogant and unprofessional in my opinion. Never would recommend. Update: Mr. Grandstaff filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for business in 2009 and for himself in 2010.
