They are extremely courteous and fast. You're in and out within an hour, which is really unusual for a title service. They take care of everything and give you your documents on a disk, but if you want a paper copy they'll give you that too. You get follow-up calls from the owner to make sure everything is okay and that you're happy with the closing. My wife experienced the same type of service from them when she used them years ago. I've bought a few houses and have never had this type of treatment before.

THE IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE UTILIZED THE SERVICES OF THE FOOTE TITLE INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. FOR PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. THEY WERE WONDERFUL. I HAD COMPLETE CONFIDENCE THAT EVERY LITTLE DETAIL HAD BEEN WORKED THROUGH AND I WILL BE YET ANOTHER RETURN CUSTOMER.
