I have an update to my previous review. Terri Osburne, at DMS properties handled all the issues that I went thru at the beginning of this process. I received emails from him monthly. He was able to properly advise me and found a renter for my property. I appreciate his diligence and hard work at preparing my property for rental and would be happy to do business with him again.

They handle everything from start to finish. They will help you find a tenant, they help you manage the tenant while they're there, collect payment, give invoices, do repair work and they evict if necessary. I last used them to find a tenant for one of my properties. They have a percentage that they take of your tenants monthly fee which can run anywhere from 10% to 15%. But for myself I pay about $85 a month for their services.
