It's still under warranty. I got a Jeep Cherokee. I just get regular service. I just had it a couple of years now. On quality. They've been doing a good job. They been doing a good job. They were good on responsiveness. They take the time, then they explain to you what they did to it after they did it. They'll tell you what's wrong, what you might need done and all that good stuff. They pretty good about answering questions. Good service, punctuality, they do a good job and they checked up on me.

We did try out and look at a number of different cars. We got a van, it was good quality and meet our purposes. We were able to get the price that we wanted. It was a positive experience.

It was a high price for not fixing the problem. They kept asking us to bring it back in. We did and thy did not fix it. They offered to give us a $100 discount, and we never used it.

I requested for break down of expenses, no one would give me a straight consistent answer. I requested to speak to manager, did not hear from then on.

Darcars Waldorf Chrysler Jeep's service is prompt and they do what I ask them to do.

They are okay and I have no complaints.

I had a water pump leaking from the weep hole since January 2010 and it finally got bad enough to need replacing. I couldn't do it myself due to a need for special tools, so I decided to have the dealer fix it. They replaced the water pump and also the thermostat as precaution. Picked up the vehicle and drove it home. Looked at the vehicle the next morning and saw a puddle of coolant under the vehicle so I returned to the dealer. The dealer explained that the new water pump created so much pressure that it caused the radiator to start leaking. I asked to see the radiator leak and upon inspection, I noticed the hole looked suspicially like one that would be made by a flat head screwdriver. I inquired if this was caused by the previous days work and they stated no. HMMMM. Had them replace the radiator at a cost of another $800 and drove off the lot. All was fine until a couple of days later when my Air Conditioning started blowing hot. Upon further investigation, I found that they cut a hole in one of my AC hoses while doing the radiator replacement. I went back to them, but they deny any wrongdoing. I recommend that all Angies list members stay away from this dealership. Times are tough and I believe this service department is creating their own work by having you come back for repairs caused by damage they inflict.

They took care of the issue, which was worth well over $2000. I have been taking my car here for the duration that I have my vehicle and I have never had an issue. They have very good service managers there.

I have been going there for about six years. They are very friendly and courteous. The main thing I really like, is that they will call me and tell me what is wrong and have an estimated price before they do anything. They are usually true to their word as far as how long as it will take to get the car back. I am pretty happy with their service.

I wouldn't take my car any other place to have it worked on. The workers are polite and professional. They would call you up to tell you about a recall on your vehicle if there was one. I trust them and they are reliable.

They are a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and very straight forward. They are always on top of it and look at the old records to see what I've had done and make sure that I didn't miss any type of service. They always let me know if something needs to be serviced and when the work needs to be done by; they really keep me up to date. I will continue to take my car here; my car runs great!
