THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. THEIR WORK IS ALWAYS FIRST CLASS. MY HUSBAND ALWAYS USES THEM WHEN SENDING ME FLOWERS AND I AM ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS.
