They were very inconsistent, it was like the first day they came they were really good and then it went down hill from there. 

We were finding out that you know I was going in and cleaning up after them basically defeating the purpose. And then the management has had some attitude problems too. The management wasn't flexible and they weren't cooperative. 

They say they're going to be coming at like either the morning or the afternoon and you know it just wouldn't happen. 

The ladies that actually came were professional but the management was not.

I hired Bright Skys to clean my brand new home two years ago. In the beginning they were very professional and thorough. They came every 2 weeks. They would send a crew of 3 and clean my home for about 3 hours. In the past few months things began to deteriorate quickly. First, the staff turnover; every two weeks I would see new cleaners. The team shrank from 3 to 2. The cleaning time went from 3 hours to approximately 1 and a half hours. Then the work product declined significantly. Next they had to keep changing scheduled cleaning at the last minute because they were short handed. All of a sudden they then changed the name of the company to Bright skys maids. The icing was when they sent a manager to state that they had not been cleaning my house properly for the past two years, and that all of a sudden I needed to buy a $400 deep clean. What asked what that entailed, they stated they'd clean the baseboards... Oh, this also came with a $30.00 a month increase. When I rebuked this offer, the owner of the company telephoned and stated that I cursed out his manager. This was not true. Because the company is going through hard times and I rebuked their offer we have parted ways. Be careful when choosing, you may not get your monies worth or reliable service.

He uses them monthly.  I think they might charge a little too much for what there doing.  I don't know how to compare them because I don't know what others charge.  We just make sure they go over and make sure the place is clean.  So there is nobody there to mess it up. They don't reduce the price.

It went fine. They sent out 2 people to clean the house, they were there for about three hours. They were diligent and worked hard. They cleaned certain areas with their own supplies. Scheduling was easy. I had no problems.

Went basically well.  Good job washing dishes, dusting, and organizing things.  Had to call them back because maids either didnt mop the kitchen floor or didnt do a good job.  Crew came back to mop the floor to  my expectation.  They didn't clean as detailed as a homeowner would, but I think that is the same with any maid service especially when there are a limited numbers of hours for maid service.

The service turned out okay. The crew was here for the full 6 hours. Two people and a supervisor came out for the service. They were very punctual and did a pretty good job. They were not able to get the marks off of the shower, but I was not too concerned about that. They brought their own cleaning supplies. Scheduling was slightly difficult but on both ends.

I think I got them from Angie’s List. They are thorough and they keep at the job. There is one negative lately but I hope they are handling that. They get the house cleaned. They do the job I am paying them for. I don’t want to pay that much but I am assuming that is kind of what the price is these days. I had a little bit of problem with punctuality.
