DO NOT use this company. I had my AC unit serviced on June 9th, 2015. It worked all of 3 days and then went out again. Come to find out, the technician did not test for leaks and all 10 pounds of coolant that we paid for leaked out, thus leaving us with no air for the 3rd / or 4th week so far. I call Air Supply Services, Inc and unfortunately am dealt with by part own Kim Bennett. She put little effort into trying to rectify this problem. She patronized my husband and I and was very rude. Thus causing me to feel compelled to compose a NEGATIVE review on every site I can think of. Kim FINALLY sends a technician out on 6/18/2015 to repair the leak. He's here at my house all ready to make the simple fix. Kim then calls the technician off the job simply because she came across the negative reviews that I wrote. She basically denied me service after they had already been paid in full to do the job that they SCREWED UP in the first place. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn't have to service "UNGRATEFUL" customers. This wasn't a favor, this was a job they'd been paid to complete and didn't. She basically took our money and then treated us poorly afterward. I've never been treated like this by any HIRED help ever in my life. Also, she shared her disdain for working with customers from my home warranty company. Claiming that we feel "ENTITLED." and that our home warranty company doesn't run her business... Just beyond unprofessional. If you are expecting top of the line service and to be treated like a valued PAYING customer, just move on. This company isn't what you're looking for.

When I first called into their office, I got a live operator right away, and very courteous. She listened to my concern, and sent someone out within 3 hours. The technician explained everything to me, and because my husband wasn't here, he gave me a written order of everything that needed to be done. I took a picture of it to my husband, he approved and got the work done. I was very pleased. I referred them to one of my neighbors, and I think they have already used them. My husband was pleased with the pricing. We signed up for a preventative maintenance agreement with them.

They quoted me a price to install the humidifier. When I told them I was eligible for the Angie's List discount they told me it was included in the originally quoted price -- except it couldn't have been. I decided to go ahead with the service anyway. They gave me an appt. date but when they didn't show up i checked and found it was on a different day. Pretty sure it was their error. They installed the humidifier -- they cleaned up afterward but took my receipt for the humidifier and humidifier manual with them. In order to get them to install the humidifier I went with an HVAC annual maintenance contract with them. They were late for the first appt. and after that they didn't automatically schedule me for the semi-annual maintenance checks. I had to call them. The humidifier came loose from the furnace air duct and I had to get the hardware to re-attach it. This year I got tired of having to prod them for the maintenance visit and didn't call them. They didn't call me so I guess I'm no longer under contract to them.
I can't actually think of anything that went off without a hitch with them.

Everything went very good. I would recommend them to others. They could only be better if they were associated with SMECO, because that would bring the electric bill down a little. They did the work for a lot cheaper than competitors. They were one of the few companies who don't finance.

The repairman was nice and willing to resolve the problem.  This is a family owned business and the person answering the phones and scheduling appointments is RUDE.  Because of her I will never use this company again.  If you try to speak to an office manager, she will not connect you to the manager. She claims to be the manager.  What manager do you know is relegated to answering phones and scheduling appointments. The office staff is rude and argumentative. This company is about collecting their service fee and nothing more.  Customer service is non-existent.  I have filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau as well as American Home Shield.

Their annual maintenance service is $275 a year, which seemed a little steep for me, but it’s kind of like they were willing to put in the humidifier if I was willing to sign up for the service. They quoted me $215 to install the humidifier and then I told them that I was on Angie’s List and they were offering 15-percent off service charge and the office woman said it would be okay, but then I got an email the next day that said they couldn’t give me the 15-percent, which really irritated me.

Our furnace kept cutting on and off but would never stay on for more than a minute.  Called Air Supply and they arrived just when they
said they would. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional and polite.  They found the problem within a matter of minutes and were able to replace the capacitor.  The cost was reasonable and because I belong to Angies List there was a discount on the service call.  I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

The transaction went extremely well, and the problem was explained to me thoroughly. I was also given advice on how to care for my unit in the future.

I called Air Supply Service and set an appointment.  They showed up on time and checked the outside and inside units.  They took their time and told me how to put in the filter, how to clean the lines on the inside unit and then they checked the outside unit.  Whoever worked on it before put it back together wrong.  He fixed everything.  I plan on getting a maintenance contract with them because I was so impressed.  I've had a couple of different Air Condition Contractors come out, but this one beat them all.  Very professional.   They also run specials quite often.

I contacted the company on the morning of 16 July; there was no answer so I left a voice mail message and left for my office.  When I returned home (around 11:00 am) there was a voice mail message for me from the company indicating that they could send a technician to my home later that day.  I was very happy about this!  Unfortunately, although I was told that the technician would arrive sometime around Noon he didn't arrive until a little after 3:00 pm.  I was okay with this though since I was receiving same day service.  The technician arrived, reviewed the situation and indicated that I needed a new fan motor and after a lot of sawing, wire cutting and the like he installed the new motor.  He was about to leave my home when I discovered that the fan on the AC was still not working, he went back outside and took the system apart and then reported to me that the motor he installed was defective and did not work.
The technician indicated that he did not have another motor in his truck (it was about 5:00pm)  but he would be back first thing in the morning with another motor.  He said he would make me his first appointment for the next day (17 July) and he said the office opened around 9:00 am.  I informed him that the temperature was supposed to be over 100 degrees on 17 July and he said not too worry because Kim in the office would ensure that either he or another technician would be at my house first thing in the morning to install the new motor.  Once the technician left my home I called the Air Supply Services office and left a voice mail relaying our conversation, especially the part about their making me their first appointment on the 17th.  Again, I had to leave a voice mail message because no one answered the phone and I got a recording when I called.
On the morning of the 17th I phoned the Air Supply Services office at 8:30 am in an effort to get the estimated time of arrival of the technician; I again got a voice mail message (Why is there no one in the office answering the phone?!?).  I left a voice mail message and after waiting about 40 mins for a return call from the company I called the office again and left another voice mail message; immediately following that message I phoned American Home Shield.  American Home Shield placed me on hold and they contacted the company office too - they also received a recorded message (It's strange that there is no one in the company office answering the phones!).
I became very frustrated because: first, I was told that I would be the first appointment of the day which meant a technician would arrive at my home between 9 and 9:30; second, I could not reach anyone at the Air Supply Services Office and was forced to leave several voice mail messages; third, it was about 1030 and no one from the office had returned my calls; and fourth, it was over 95 degrees in my house and over 100 degrees outside.
I decided to phone the Air Supply Services again around 1100...finally someone named Kim answered the phone.  She indicated that I was given incorrect info about my appointment for the day.  She said I couldn't be their first appointment because they part I needed for my AC wasn't even picked up until 9:00 am; she also said there were two appointments in front of mine and a technician would arrive at my home sometime around 2:00pm.  The technician arrived about 3:00pm or so, installed the new motor which corrected the problem.  I now have air on this 100 degree day!
Overall:   the two technicians that came to my home were very nice, very professional, and seemed knowledgeable  but the company's appointment system sucks!  Additionally, they never returned my phone calls which really frustrated me.

While I was initially offered a generic 2 hour window of arrival time for the technicians, the receptionist was kind enough to realize that I'd have to leave work to meet them at my home.  As a result, she offered to monitor the van's GPS and call me when the techs were getting closer to my home, thus allowing me to not be absent from work as long!  When I arrived at my home, the techs were there and introduced themselves as Anthony and Eric. Upon entering my home, they covered their shoes with booties and began work.  They were very professional, explaining in great detail what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how the service would benefit my system.  In addition to being quite knowlegeable and professional, they also spoke to me as a regular person without making me feel insulted by technical jargon or useless information.  They were even very kind to my dog and never showed disturbance at her presence. In the past, I've had technicians repeatedly try to include unnecessary services to raise the cost.  In this case, however, Anthony and Eric didn't even try to charge me for some of the things I asked them to look into.  They even showed me how to perform some basic services on my unit so that in the future I can save even more money.  When I received the invoice, I was so stunned, I could have cried.  I was sure the bill would have been a LOT more money - especially with all the specific care they took.  Nonetheless, the cost was very low for their level of service, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism!  I will definitely seek out the services of this company again - specifically, Anthony's and Eric's!  I have already, and will continue to recommend Air Supply Services to  anyone seeking professionalism, common sense, technical aptitude, friendliness, and a company who's techs go above and beyond what is expected - without a high price tag. Thank you again, Anthony and Eric.  You guys were great!

Air Supply Services serviced my heating unit through my American Home Sheild (home warranty) contract. The technician, Robert, was great; very polite, personable, knowledgable and professional. He was extremely considerate of our home and time. He called to let me know that he was going to arrive closer to the end of the time frame given, between 10:00 and 1:00. He arrived at approximately 12:45. He commended us for the maintenance on our unit. The only issue we had was that we played phone tag with the main office but they returned every phone call promptly. We just didn't expect to get an answering machine so much with a business. I would highly recommend Air Supply Services and American Home Sheild home warranty.
