Great, on time, great on clean up and resetting the garage door openers. They also installed a key pad.

The technician, Greg, called prior to arrival, arrived on time, was very professional, knew what the issue was immediately and provided a cost. I also had an outdoor remote installed. During conversation regarding remotes he programmed all of my remotes including my car, my house and detached garage door openers. Very pleased with Access Garage Doors, Inc. I would definitely call them for service again and will recommend to my friends.

Easy to get an appointment, Greg was on time as promised. Both springs replaced, door lubricated, and tested. in and out, professionally done!

Beautiful. They did a great install, they were done in a day, and the door looks great. I had three estimates and they were by far the cheapest. Very clean, professional, and I was very happy with their service.

Greg was great.  Arrived right on time, had an awesome attitude.  Very professional, asked what the problem was, if there'd been any warning before the garage door failed to operate, and what had I done to try and fix the door.  He patiently listened, even told me that my efforts were correct based on the symptoms described.  Greg then activated the opener, watching the system and figured out within five minutes what was causing the malfunction.  After identifying and explaining the situation, he made several adjustments and the door worked perfectly.  He fine-tuned the up/down sensors and was finished inside 30 minutes.
I think he'dve finished in half the time if I'd gone inside and not been talking while he worked.  He was pleasant, seemed to enjoy the work, and said to call him back if anything acted up in the near term for another adjustment.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I delayed writing my review to ensure the repairs made permanently fixed the issue.  It works perfectly - thanks Greg!

Garage door wouldn't close so had to put it in manual mode. Called Access but couldn't get in contact with them during the snow storm of Jan 2016. When I finally got someone to respond, they apologized profusely and informed me of the earliest date that someone could come out to diagnose the problem. They quoted me $85 and a time between 12-3pm. At 11:45am, Greg the technician, called and gave me a heads up of 20 minute arrival time. Greg arrived promptly and figured out the problem which was relatively easy and let me know how to troubleshoot for future reference. He also tightened up screws, fixed the lightbulb and sensor. He only charged me the service call. I almost called another company to come out and fix the problem while I left my car out in the driveway for a week but so glad I waited.

First, I want to preface this review by stating I've never written one before and always have been a little skeptical of providers that
only get an A+ rating.  That being said, this is my first time since moving to Maryland that I feel I have received
exceptional service from a provider in the MD, VA, and DC area that warranted my review. Greg/Access Garage Doors Inc provided exceptional service in record time.  He was on time, very knowledgeable, took good care not to damage my home while transporting and installing the springs, and the estimate I was given over the phone was dead on.  Given the opportunity I would definitely recommend Greg/Access Garage Door Inc to my neighbors and too bad they only do garage door service and not any other general contracting services.

It was done in a quick and professional manner. I have no problems with his work. I would definitely use Access Garage services in the near future. Once the work was completed, he gave me a fair price on replacement doors. My  house is nearly 30 years old and the garage doors are starting to look their age. I was very impress with the service.

During my initial call they were able to arrange a visit to diagnose the problem within a couple days. During the visit he found that the cause of the problem was something unusual that required some items that are not normally carried on the truck. He also noted some failing pulleys and noted the absence of safety cables for the springs. I was given a very reasonable estimate for the repairs, and because the problem was not critical we agreed to a return visit to perform the work a few days later. Both visits were on-time, courteous, and professional. There was zero pressure to perform additional work and the repair fixed the problem.
The price was perfectly reasonable and the work was old school craftsmanship. I would rate this company A+ if I could. I have no hesitation giving them my highest recommendation.

They came out within 24 hours. They did a good job and they were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. They were amazing and we were happy with them. I would use them again.
