Found the service by word-of-mouth (colleague at work). Scheduled an on-site estimate and received quote the next day. Scheduled the cleaning service every two weeks, and the day of the week has been kept consistent but it is nice they offer some flexibility when necessary. For the past 2+ years, SB Cleaning LLC has been extremely reliable and provides consistently good service. We communicate by texting and they are always available by phone. Very trustworthy and prompt.

Shannon cleans well and responds quickly to any issues. SB Cleaning is reasonably priced and she will help with issues. Very quick to respond. Available to clean during week or on Saturdays. Her company cleans my 2 bedroom condo that is a weekly/mini-week vacation rental.

Excellent! S.B. Cleaning did a beautiful job. They cleaned my mother's house and she's been raving about nice the house looks. Would hire them to clean my home if the provided service in my area. SB did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and completed quickly. I was hosting a condo association meeting and needed the a deep cleaning performed. My condo was very dusty and dirt from renovation work. Lots of dust and dirt. SB came in and did a wonderful job. Their price was very reasonable. Will be hiring them again in the future.

Shannon and co-worker Amanda arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and did a thorough job on the voluminous dusting that I have in this house [many knick knacks, pictures on walls, ceiling fans, furniture, baseboards]. When I saw my rental, I was disappointed and unwilling to stay overnight there. So I contacted SB cleaning based on their reviews. I am so glad I did. Two cleaners arrived on-time and got right to work. They were friendly, polite, and hard working. They cleaned like crazy and I am now able to enjoy my new home. I plan on using their services for bi-weekly cleaning.

They were on time and did a free estimate. She called me & texted the day before & came to the appt. prepared. She brought her own supplies. When she was going to be an extra 30 min. she called me to let me know.

I unexpectedly needed a new waterproofing system installed into my basement floor, which required breaking up the concrete floor all around the perimeter. The resulting dust was unavoidable , but needed to be dealt with. I was absolutely overwhelmed with the prospect of wiping off and cleaning the concrete dust off literally everything in the basement.
The basement is large, and, post grown children not taking all their things when they grew up plus my accumulation of "stuff", I had boxes, items (some rather heavy), and storage shelves everywhere. The basement also houses duct work for the air conditioning, refrigerator, washer, dryer, furnace, and water softener.
I'm a senior and my kids aren't near by to help. So it would have been up to me alone to do. My cousin suggested I find someone in the cleaning business to do the job for me, and am I glad I took her suggestion.
Shannon gave me the estimate quickly and worked me into the schedule for the following week. The work was done efficiently, completely, and in the time frame I was originally told.
I would not hesitate to use S B Cleaning again or recommend them to friends and family.

S.B. Cleaning cleans my house very well. Shannon is efficient and very professional. All rooms are cleaned welled. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean and shiny. Her vacuuming is exceptional. On one occasion the electric went out while Shannon was vacuuming. She volunteered to come back later in the week and finish the job which she did. S.B. Cleaning replaced another cleaning company that performed unsatisfatually. We are very pleased with her service and price. I would definitely recommend this company.
