Bryce was on time for the appointment, and got right down to business. He explained what was occurring and what to look for. I feel confident in his work. He was able to get us a same day appointment which was even nicer.

We have been waiting for Bryce to return to our home . He was contracted through American home shield. He was an hour late the first time he came and barely worked on the issue and stated that it is not his responsibility to move the machine which we could have gotten someone to do had we known that in advance. The machine stopped working a day after he checked it. We have been calling American home shield since to get him back here. After a week we were told that he has not submitted his diagnosis and they cannot do anything until he does that. Here we are a week later and still waiting on Bryce who called me yesterday and promised a returned call later in the day to give a time he will be at the home - NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. This morning I called several times to American home shield after bryce did not returned mu call or text just to find out after they hand me on hold to contact him, he lied and told them he said to me he would call between today or tomorrow. I was told to move the machine and did all of that with an elderly mom and he is a NO SHOW!! This is going on over TWO WEEKS. The most horrible experience. I don’t know how others are giving him good ratings unless he has a certain type of people that he give better service to but for us he act uninterested very nonchalant. We are people to Bryce with lives that don’t just sit and wait until you decide you want to come. Reliable is the name of your business and you have not been RELIABLE.

Very well. Bryce was very responsive to my call and scheduled a quick appointment. He arrived on time and was thorough in testing the washer in order to diagnose the problem. He explained what had been done, replaced a part and washer has been working fine since. Will definitely use again.

Amazing! If anyone has ANY appliance issues, I recommend "Reliable Appliance Service" owner Bryce Kuhn 410-239-6723. Lives right here in Upperco. Our Samsung Dryer (only 2 yrs old) stopped working and after 4 weeks of runaround from Home Depot and their BS protection plan service company Asurion, all it took was a phone call to Bryce literally at 2:45pm, and by 5:15pm he had come and fixed the issue for less than advertised. Keep him in mind!

Didn't hear from him about coming on Friday so I called him back. He said he'd looked up that model and could SPECIAL order the parts for $279.00 !!!!! I asked how he could order parts having never seen the machine. His response was " from what you told me it sounded like and was doing " . I told him I was not going to pay for any parts till he came and looked and listened to it run. At this point he said " I am not familiar with that machine and can NOT HELP YOU!!!

We recently moved into a new home, and luckily we received a year home warranty when we closed. After a few months, our top oven was not getting hot. The bottom oven worked just fine. I called my home warranty provider and they gave me Reliable Appliances phone number to use as a provider - they said they notified him of my request. Bryce called me after I had spoken with my warranty company and asked some questions about the problem and the ovens serial number. He scheduled my appointment for the next day and arrived on time and ready. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. I am very grateful he came out before this storm hits. I will definitely be using him for future appliance needs! Note - I only had to pay my insurance deductible of $100 so I can't give a fair price analysis.

During his first visit, he determined that the motor was in need of replacement. But a few days later, when he replaced the motor, it still would not work. Then, he found that there was some electrical part problem, so he ordered that part. Just to make sure, he put the old motor in and replaced the electrical part. He told us that he would not charge us for the motor if we didn't need it. But, the electrical part, alone, did not fix the washer. So he put the new motor back in. Both new parts resulted in a happy machine. Thank you, Bryce. We will forever use this company for all of our appliance repair needs!

I called Bryce to schedule an appointment for a dishwasher repair. He was able to fit me in for same day service. He arrived on time and successfully fixed my dishwasher. I received the Angies List discount and my dishwasher works! Would definitely call again.

Called Bryce Kuhn and left message. He immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment first thing the following day. He inspected my refrigerator/freezer and diagnosed problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail why it would be better to just buy a new one--given the age of refrigerator and the high cost of a manufacturer'a repair . I was very impressed by Bryce's professional manner, knowledge and quick response. I would highly recommend him and contact him again for appliance repair!
