He was very cost effective and his design was more than I what I was dreaming. What he managed to do with a small bathroom is just incredible and he even managed to come in under budget. About eight months ago, he remodeled my kitchen. He went over and beyond. For instance, he made cabinets and cubby's that you would never expect that anything could be there. His specialty is crown molding. He's like an artist; his design is impeccable. When I had a designer come out, they didn't come close to what he could offer, and he comes without all the crazy fees. He's one of a kind. I highly recommend him. A++ :-)

Overall, the experience was good. The technicians showed up on time, were neat, and completed the work as we had discussed. The price was on target for the work that was done. I'm happy with their services.

I came to know of him through a neighbor. He is one of the most trustworthy people I have worked with here. I wouldn?t hesitate in giving him the keys to my house and letting him work and leave for the day.

The only problem area was the microwave installation. This was a problem since the range and the microwave was in a corner of a wall with the back wall being an outside wall (with the exhaust thru the wall) and a side wall that was coming out of the outside wall alongside the range and the side of the microwave over the range. The old microwave that was in that same spot (over the range) had no problem with being butted against the wall that also butted against the range. So the new microwave fit into the same hole with the new cabinets over it and on the kitchen side. Trouble is, the new microwaves all require space for the hinges that open the microwave door. Those hinges would not allow the microwave door to open since the wall was there. No one noticed this until the job was 95% complete and I went to open the microwave to use it for the first time. Since the old microwave didn't have a problem I didn't expect the new one to (have a problem). Chris had to come back and remove both cabinets from the wall, and the microwave. (with the problem of lining up the exhaust) and move them over by a quarter of an inch so the microwave door would work. Since it was my fault that this happened, I offered to pay K&S two hundred $ more. It took him 2 people about 2 hours to fix this. He had to make a special trip. He was very responsive to fixing not only this problem but all the other little snippy problems that came up.

Chris is very fussy about his work. Everything was done by him and a small crew. He was always on time, very professional and neat. Everything was cleaned up and my garage was organized at the end of each day. He also does plumbing and was able to connect my new dishwasher and sink. He has done work for several of my neighbors and everyone has been very happy with his work. I would highly recommend him.
